The bouquet is lovely, and the feel and mood of it it are perfect, just as I tried to describe. The colors are not quite what I asked for. But the colors I did not want are avoided (yay), the color tone is perfect. I did not call in. I only made brief notes in an online order. So if I really really cared exactly which flowers were used, a call would have been better. I will buy from Kikos again for sure.

After having a negative experience, on several occasions, with another florist in Park Ridge, I decided to give Kiko's a try. The website was easy to navigate and the order went through smoothly. I had requested a morning drop-off under the special instructions. On the day of the delivery, the flowers had not arrived before noon. I placed a phone call to Kiko's and spoke to gentleman that seemed dismissive. I was advised that they don't promise a particular delivery timeframe and I stated that I should have been contacted and advised prior to the day of the delivery. The flowers did arrived around 3 pm and the driver was extremely confused and frustrated. Kiko's is located in Park Ridge and the drop off location is in Park Ridge and therefore, this shouldn't have been a mystery. I will state that the flower arrangement quality met my expectations and the recipient was quite please as well. I will give Kiko's another opportunity to improve their customer service before seeking yet another florist in the area.

The recipients did not received the arrangement. I have tried emailing and calling with no response. The direct number to Kiko's is an answering machine and the mailbox is full. The "888" phone number on the email is non-functioning. I ordered two arrangements on the same day. One recipient received the beautiful arrangement. I am disappointmented there is no way to contact Kiko's. I have never had a problem in the past. Looking forward to hearing from Kiko's with a resolution.

The K651 Summer Mixed Color Easel arrangement from the local florist in Iowa was more beautiful than the sample photo of the online arrangement. I upgraded from a Standard to a Deluxe arrangement. Your instructions to the local florist were to include a nice mix of Summer/Fall colors. We were very pleased with the fullness and beauty of the many different flowers included.

We have always appreciated Kiko's flowers and whenever we need some, you're our go-to. However, you went above and beyond with the arrangement you sent yesterday honoring the 5 year anniversary of the loss of our baby grandson. The day it happened, his older brothers and I stopped in at your store and asked for a bouquet of 6 green flowers (from the 6 year old) and 4 blue ones (from the 4 year old.) Yesterday, you replicated that idea and added in red flowers from the brother not yet born 5 years ago, and a white rose in honor of the lost baby. A crazy order to receive, long card to write out...and it meant so much to all of us. THANK YOU! I feel like a Victorian woman giving flowers with meaning!

It really says something about Kiko's that I would write a five-star review even though they couldn't deliver my flowers! I was sending flowers to my friend in the hospital, and it turns out that the hospital has a strict no-flowers policy during the pandemic. This is about the 5 or 6th time we have ordered from Kikos and they NEVER disappoint! I actually live in Switzerland with my family but grew up next door to Park Ridge. When I am visiting my family in summers, my husband (in Switzerland) sometimes sends flowers for our missed anniversary. Since the first order, we have always kept Kikos in mind to send my mom on Mother's Day or Christmas. The staff has been very accomodating and friendly. Arrangement was small even with the upgraded selection. Flowers looked past their prime when received and only lasted a few days. I know cut flowers don't last long but other arrangements in the past have held better. People at Kikos are very nice but these flowers weren't the best.

The arrangement was beautiful. However, I called a day before to change the note on the card and was assured that the change would be made. Ten minutes later I received a call from the recipient that the flowers had just been delivered - a day early without the change. I called Kiko’s to ask what had gone wrong and was told I’d get a call back that never came. Two days later I received an email that the flowers had been delivered that day, which if true would have been a day late. I have ordered before over the phone with no problem and have gotten flowers from Kiko’s for over 40 years, always satisfied with the service. This was the first and probably last time time ordering from them online.

They look stunning. This bouquet looks waaaaay better than the one I ordered from other florist (even within the same price range). I'm a bit sad that the flower did not arrive in a bouquet form as I requested, but the look of it is speechless.

I think it was a very expensive arrangement, but tell me what is not expensive if you are looking for something a cut above the ordinary.
Kiko's was excellent on keeping me informed by email. My only complaint is that they put cc charge thru before it is actually delivered. Perhaps that is standard protocol. I don't know.

But, after entering all of the info on line (including delivery instructions and credit card info) the system refused my order! I was so disappointed and late for work, so I had the flowers delivered the next day - so disappointing. The system should not have allowed me to go so far in the process before telling me what I wanted was not available.

So disappointed. I let them know from the beginning that I was not sure about when my wife would be home to receive the order. I gave them my number to call with any delivery issues or problems. It was $175 arrangement by the way. They wound up coming to the house when no one was home (not their fault) but they left the flowers on the front porch and never called me. Flowers were there all night long. Owner acknowledged that their driver should have called but didn’t. Basically said he was sorry, but that’s too bad. He said it’s not a big deal because it was almost like being in their cooler all night... except it wasn’t - it was in my porch! I guess he realized he didn’t handle it very well so he called my wife and tried to explain himself. She had gotten the flowers yet and didn’t even know she was receiving flowers and it totally spoiled the surprise! He was trying to defend himself and she didn’t know what he was talking about. They butchered the order from start to finish. I told them I didn’t want the order any longer so he asked me to put the flowers outside and they would send someone to pick them up... and they took them back! So disappointed with Kiko’s.

In the past I was sent a pic of the arrangement prior and knew it had been delivered. This didn’t happen this time. On top of that, the arrangement was not received as pictured and there were supposed to be three fairies but only one was delivered in garden. And it was very thinned out, not as pictured! Lastly, it wasn’t signed by anyone so my friend had to text me and ask if it was from me. The note I wrote clearly had our names on it. They even left out a word in my note! I ordered these two dozen roses for a co-worker, so I was able to see them upon their delivery to my office. The blooms were very fresh, with the tulip blossoms fairly tight. They gradually opened up over a few days, so the bouquet was very fresh and I think it will last quite a long time. The colors are spectacular. I'm very happy with this selection. My co-worker was very appreciative and many passers by remarked on how beautiful the floral design is. The vase is also gorgeous.

The ordering process was great - I was at a conference out of town and not at home, and I don't live near my sister so had to do this online. My sister loved the garden - but the only thing I was really disappointed about was that when she sent me a text with a photo of her gift, there were no fairies included. I was mainly attracted to this one because of the whole package and the fairies were part of it. So I guess I felt a bit mislead. I believe that you should not show additions to the order that don't come with it. Thanks!

I ordered the deluxeversion of this funeral bouquet and it was a very generously constructed funeral arrangement. I had ordered on behalf of 14 friends and had ordered a sympathy card from a generic group of friends. After ordering, my friends decided they wanted their individual names on the card. Kiko's Flowers in Park Ridge, IL were kind enough to change the card at the last minute. In fact, because the list of names took up too much space Kiko's wrote in the names manually in a gorgeous calligraphic script!! Absolutely perfect!!! Service from Kinko's couldn't have been better!!!

Ordered a for my wife full week ahead of Valentine's Day. They did not deliver on that day, and apparently stopped delivering on what is surely the busiest day of the year at 5:30. When I heard their message and called back that evening could not even leave a message - I had to call again the next day. I left a message a few minutes after they opened the next morning and did not get a response until late afternoon, only to find out they still did not deliver. At that point I did not want two day old flowers and my gift to my wife was ruined. If they can only deliver from 9 to 5 they should state that when the order is placed, because that is not realistic for many families today. I asked for a refund, which they granted. However, they have lost my trust and therefore also have lost a long time customer. Extremely disappointing.

I've been purchasing arrangements from Kiko's for over a decade; this was the first time I was disappointed. While the arrangement had all the items shown, they were arranged differently (orchid completely submerged in water - in the corner - making it look almost smashed); and the driftwood was very large as opposed to the more dainty look pictured. Ordered several weeks in advance for Valentines Day but could not be guaranteed a delivery time. I was delivering to my wife's work and they are only open so long, like most places of business. All that could be promised is they would make it there that day. So worked out to have them delivered a day early just to be sure. Arrangement was beautiful however one of the long stem flowers had bent over probably sometime during delivery. An understandable hazard.The arrangement overall offered the creativity I was looking for rather than the usual bouquet of flowers and my wife loved it.

I ordered the "cool country" bouquet from kiko's and could not be more impressed with their service. It is such a relief when everything goes without a hitch and your loved one has their day brightened.
I cannot thank Kiko's enough! Not only was the bouquet beautiful and the customer service impeccable, but they were also able to deliver same day! When ordering online, next day delivery was guaranteed, but they went above and beyond and delivered it within a few hours!

the plant I ordered never arrived to the wake but my credit card was charged. If I never looked for my plant at the wake I would have never known that the family never recieved them andI would have paid for something that never was received. The store was very apologetic but I felt more effort could have been made to soothe over the situation such as a discount since the error was theirs . Also the lady in the store said she would upgrade the plant to the premium one but that is what I already paid for so their was no real effort made to make amends for their error.

My experience all around was not good and I would not use Kiko's again. I made an order for a Saturdsay, and there was some sort of mistake with their ordering program, so the delivery wasn't made. No one even called me to let me know it wasn't made. I had to ask my friend if they were delivered and she said no. So I called them and eventually the delivery was made FIVE days later. They didn't give me a discount or anything. And to top it off, the flowers were nothing like the picture. They substituted carnations for some of the nicer flowers. Very disappointing!

I ordered the Premium set in which the arrangement looked very full. It was for my mother's birthday/retirement. The delivery took place around 2:15PM.
One thing I would people to keep in mind is that the arrangement may not possibly look the same. It's just a floral shop thing. Not necessarily this one just all in general.
Anyways- The only thing that mattered to me was the recipient reaction. My mom just loved them. So much to the point where she said they were her favorite flowers ever in her life. And she's 68 years old- lots of flower history there. Super pleased with my experience - Would I recommend them? Heck yeah I would..

I am very satisfied with Kiko's flowers. I ordered online and set delivery to a hospital near the florist, the first attempt the florist was not able to deliver due to the patient not having a room, so they called me to say they would try the next morning. The patient was discharged early and the flowers were never able to be sent to the hospital so they happily redirected the order to the patients home in Tinley Park for the next day, which is quite far from the florist and had a new, fresh arrangement made up and the arrangement was beautiful.
To say the least Kiko's provides World Class customer service and I would highly recommend their services for all of your flower needs.
