Sorry it took so long to respond. The flowers were just red not multi colored like the picture and the dude didn’t even say anything or let anybody know he left them. He just sat it down and left it on the counter without a word of customer service for to an issue he has with her personally. Could i get a refund I’m sorry it took so long to write this review. I work two jobs So time is hard to come by.

I thought I had paid for the candy bouquet like the one I saw in the picture. It looked like a tin can and had at least 15 pieces of candy in it, and looked like a bouquet of candy… super cute! What my friend received looked nothing like that. There was about 10 pieces of candy wrapped in cellophane tied with a string. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. I paid $50.00 and it looked like it cost maybe $20.00. I won’t be purchasing from this place again.

I ordered last minute wholeheartedly expecting the flowers to be delivered Monday. To my surprise I was called Sunday morning asking if it was ok to deliver! Thank you so much for saving my rear end on this. Flowers were beyond gorgeous! My grandma and aunt were definitely surprised.

It would be helpful to receive a picture of what was sent and some verification that it was delivered on time. This was for a funeral I was unable to attend, therefore very hard to leave any sort of honest review. I just hope the family received our token of condolences.

excellent, I just got home from the funeral in McCook, 2.5 hours each way, funeral people brought all the flowers to the basement where the lunch was held, I saw it and took a photo of it to show my family members that did not go

I only have one complaint… I thought it was going to come in some sort of basket or container as shown. It did not. The recipient still loved it but I would have preferred the container. I use Keystone floral for many occasions and this is the first time I wasn’t fully satisfied.

Per usual, Keystone Floral did a perfect job, both with the bouquet design and delivery. Living in the corn fields of SW Nebraska, it great to be able to order flowers, ect, and know they'll be delivered on time (even with a 30 mile delivery), and be what was ordered.

I was told that plants were being delivered from Denver, and when the arrangement did finally arrive at 5:20 PM to my Mother for her birthday, the vace wasn't even close to what I had ordered. The only thing not disappointing was the actual plant, which was vibrant and healthy looking. I will continue to use Keystone for my flower and delivery needs, but not with the confidence that I had before yesterday's, 3-30-23 delivery.

Was not at all how it was pictured on the website. It was a congratulations candy basket not a Valentine’s Day basket. The basket was filled entirely with Valentine’s Day themed candy which was never mentioned when I originally purchased the basket.

Sorry but I was disappointed. The plant had just a small are of 3 little flowers. The rest of the flowers were not from the plant but were 6 separate clusters pinned together and placed into the plant. My wife was disappointed also.

|Well, I was a bit disappointed. I use to work in the floral industry. I was totally fine paying over $40 for beautiful half dozen roses since I am not from town. These two arrangements look nothing alike at all. Definitely not worth almost $50 after delivery charges. The lady was very nice on the phone. I cannot remember, maybe Nancy? But the actual arrangement was disappointing. I have a side by side picture, but it will not post.

After communicating with the shop, they corrected their mistake and provided the appropriate plant. I really appreciate the effort they made to correct this. I live 13 hours away from this awesome business, my mother just moved to this town. For Mother’s Day I found this store online (I’ve never order flowers online and wasn’t sure how this worked) I called and the employees were so helpful and kind! They made sure my mom got her plants on Mother’s Day! They really really helped make sure her first Mother’s Day away was still special! We ordered the FTD Rural Beauty Dishgarden and this is not what was delivered. Not even close. I called to ask about this and was told the owner was not in. I left my name and phone number and was told I'd receive a call the next day. That did not happen. I do not think what was delivered cost what we paid for.

Unfortunately, the service was lacking greatly at Keystone Floral for Mother's Day. I had specifically asked for the flowers to be delivered in the morning and they did not arrive at my mother's house until 4 PM.
The whole day, my mom thought I had forgotten about her and when the flowers did arrive, they were not even close to the arrangement that I ordered.

Once again, my friend in McCook was thrilled with the beauty of the single rose and lovely vase and setting. I think it was delivered within two, or possibly three hours of my making the order online. This is my second experience with this florist and both of them have been excellent. I will certainly use them again. My friend said the delivery literally, "made her day!"- :)

The only plus the flowers were delivered on time. I wish I could upload a picture, since it is worth a thousand words. The arrangement that was deliver was mainly filler. Not the full bouquet I picked out. I expected the possibility of different flowers depending on what the florist had on hand but it was mainly babies breath, while I'm glad my mother in law liked them I have no intentions of using this florist again.

It didn’t look like the picture and my stepdad ended up picking it up despite ordering it that morning, the website said it would still be delivered that day if ordered in the next four hours. I would suggest sending a photo of the bouquets ordered online to the buyer prior to delivery since they can vary or contact the buyer of what they chose was not available.

I was very pleased that the delivery was made between the hours I specified, so that my daughter didn't miss her flowers! The price was the most affordable I could find for delivery in McCook! The only negative was that a couple of the flowers had burnt/aged petals and didn't look fresh. The arrangement was very nice though.

I normally don't do reviews. Everybody has a bad day. 1. Did not have the flowers I asked for.2 Looked like you took something you had hanging around the cooler stuck 5 roses in the middle of all that and called it good. The roses stuck up 6 inches higher then the other flowers it looked ridiculous. I was embarrassed to say they came from me.

I was so very disappointed in the vase of flowers I ordered for my cousin's service. I ordered them on line, and while I realize they are never as gorgeous as the picture, which I feel is false advertising, these were not even close. There were about 5 or 6 stem flowers, flower heads were very small, there was no greenery and even looked like they were wilted and almost dead. During the Family service, it was quite embarrassing. What a waste of $55.00.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
