My issue is that there is always something with our floral orders. We’re either always amongst the last on the route (2023-2025), or they forget something that was paid for in the order (2024), or there’s a weather issue (2025)… there is always SOMETHING.

When the flowers do make it, they’re nice. This year the flowers were delivered so late Mother’s Day was basically over when they came.
What is it about my account that the orders always have an issue and/or are NEVER a priority?

I know no one reads these or cares, but it’s clear at this point that my business is neither wanted nor respected. I understand that it’s not enough, but I also feel like every single time I order with this company it shouldn’t be a toss up on whether everything ordered will arrive and whether it will get there at a reasonable time.

I think this is the end of our run.

I ordered the all white arrangement for my mothers 60th birthday for same day delivery. I experience was the best I have ever had after constantly being disappointed with previous florist. I requested they be delivered by 3pm if possible. Not only were they delivered on time, they were fresh and gorgeous and my mother loved them!! Sasha was so professional. Flowers were beautiful. Delivered on time and quickly. Only complaint I would have is that I did not leave a message as it was optional and a card came with the flowers and said “no message received”. Kinda a buzzkill for Valentines Day

Never before have I had such an awful experience purchasing a service/product! Purchased a floral delivery online early morning Sunday August 11, 2024 based upon the florist being open on Sundays and same day delivery as long as order was placed within the “next 4 hours”. Received an email confirmation with the order number that again confirmed delivery on Sunday August 11th. My sister’s birthday flowers were never delivered Sunday and as of Monday the 12th at 4pm, still no delivery. Left 1st voicemail message Monday morning, sent an email and 2nd attempt by phone “voicemail full”. Have no other choice than to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I was invited by this company to leave a review of my experience…
UPDATE: The company did attempt to email me that they were closed on the date I placed the order and I never received the email. The flowers were delivered the following day, BEAUTIFUL!!! The manager of Kelly & Co reached out personally, very kind and made everything right, I will definitely contact them directly next time

I was very disappointed in the flowers that were delivered! I ordered lavender roses … very pretty as pictured online. Pink and white roses were delivered! When I called to ask about them, I was told several times they WERE lavender! I would have preferred that he admitted not having lavender and having to substitute instead of trying to convince me I got what I ordered! I won’t be ordering again from here.

I definitely wanted local service and had used Kelly&Co before. This was my anniversary gift of a dozen roses for my wife and I ordered it the week before.
I received an email the morning of saying the floral arrangement would be changed for some reason but would be delivered by 2:00pm. Roses are roses and I didn't want that changed since I paid for that specifically. The email said to call or email so I tried to call three times and then emailed saying better to cancel it if it can't be what I ordered. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
Then my wife called at 2 to say she was so happy about the gift of Roses. I asked was anything missing. She said, no. So, I can only assume the absence of baby's breath was the item omitted.
Glad she was pleased, but the level of communication was ZERO and a lot of anxiety when it could have been avoided. $100 (75$ plus tax, delivery and a tip) deserved some kind of response.
So other than an email signaling a problem and the omission of SOMETHING, and no response, Everything went as it should. I'll have to think about this next time

In the end the recipient was happy to get the flowers but when I saw the picture of what she received I was shocked. It didn’t resemble the picture on the website at all except for the lily flowers. The green flowers were nonexistent and it was mostly red roses. The vase was also a standard shape and not square like the picture. It was a lot of money for what looked like a $35 arrangement. Would not recommend unfortunately.

Paid for the premium and didn’t get that at all. The flowers literally only came with 4 tulips and they wasn’t that fresh. I honestly feel like I got scammed. If the premium is like what they sent me then I’m afraid to see the basic package. On the website they look beautiful but a complete different story when I received them. This arrangement was perfect and almost outshined the arrangement that I purchased elsewhere about 2 days ago.

The shop was a little difficult to find because you can run right past it and the big road sign.

I would recommend a feather flag as well. It would divert your attention.

Outside of location, I loved everything about them. The shop called because of a question and gave me the option to upgrade or refund. I love the attention to detail that the shop has.

They made my wife's birthday and made me seem like the perfect husband (I'm not but I'll take the win).

Would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them consistently (now that I know how to find them). Ha! Ha!

So excited to find a Florist that I can trust near me (love brick and mortar stores).

This was a really great experience. This company kept me updated as to the entire process and when they had to make a substitution from the original photo, they let me know. Usually companies just change the flowers and give you no other options, but it was so nice to be informed. Then they even sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered!
