Keepsakes Florist has been serving the Charleston, SC area for 33 years. We have an excellent reputation for quality flowers and great customer service. We always have a great selection of premium flowers in stock - ready to create a unique design for whatever your occasion. We also specialize in wedding flowers and decorations, with delivery, set-up & strike, throughout Charleston and the Lowcountry. We service the following areas – Charleston, James Island, John’s Island, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, West Ashley, Wadmalaw Island, North Charleston and Mount Pleasant. Ask us about our high-end, quality custom-made silk arrangements, which are also available for delivery. We have a satisfaction guarantee policy.

Karen Spalviero
KEEPSAKES FLORIST is a full service, one-stop shop for all your floral needs. Our company motto is: “Making a difference in the lives we touch, with florals”. We provide flowers, gifts and fresh plants for pick up, delivery and/or special events. Karen started her career in floral design by creating dried and silk flower arrangements. Her passion for floral design led her in the right direction and she soon opened up Keepsakes Florist in 1991. She is now celebrating 33 years of serving the community through designing every-day floral arrangements, special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, congratulatory florals, weddings, funerals, and much more. Karen has worked for years mastering the art of 'creating the perfect arrangements' for various establishments and clients who became regular and familiar faces. Her knack for 'listening' and offering 'exactly what the customer was looking for' has taken her on this successful journey to the present day of owning one of the most successful floral shops in the Lowcountry. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (843) 766-7807, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (843) 766-7807 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The bouquet that was delivered was very much what I had seen on their site and ordered. The basket was a lovely arrangement however some of the flowers, not all, began to wilt. Reached out to Florist and spoke with Karen. She did a fabulous job of fixing me up another beautiful arrangement that turned out great. I have done business with this florist in the past and have not been disappointed with the quality of flowers. If so, let them know and they will make it right.

The arrangement was delivered on time and was beautiful, however, not all the names that we needed on the FROM: card, made it onto the card. This is a very important detail and I had to call the funeral home and ask them to add it manually. I also now have to follow up with the recipient(s) and let them know who participated in the condolences.

This was the best florist experience I have ever had!! I ordered flowers from states away - they updated me with a photo before they sent them to my friend. I am so impressed with Keepsakes Florist. On a service level, they did everything I didn't know I even wanted -- from the picture of the delivery before it went out to the updates all along the way. Then when I received a photo from the recipient, it looked EVEN BETTER. I had ordered cookies and chocolates to go along with the arrangement and they arrived beautifully wrapped together in an open box, complete with tissue and bows. PLUS the arrangement itself was just gorgeous and exactly what I expected based on the website pic. AND the price was totally fair. I will use this florist forevermore!

I requested a large number of cut flowers as well as live orchids for my wife's birthday, and I couldn't have been more pleased. We are going to spend three weeks in our beach house and so Keepsakes offered to refresh the cut flowers for us during our stay, so my wife won't have to look at dead and dying flowers while we're here. Pretty flowers but it doesn't cost $13 to deliver when she is only 5-8 mins from your florist. I know it is a business and that is why you have high costs on your flowers. But to charge such an enormous delivery charge on a $75 basket was a little to high. The previous order didn't have that type of delivery charge.

5 Stars! This was my first time ordering flowers for a funeral so I was unsure who to send them too or where to send them...funeral home or church? Keepsakes Florist handled it all and hand delivered the flowers to the church the morning of the funeral rather than sending them the day before to the funeral home so they would stay perfect.

This was my first time using Keepsakes. I picked them because they weren't too far from my daughter on James Island. I liked the ease of ordering online and the arrangement and vase were almost identical to the online picture with just a few greens subbed out. I was impressed that they were delivered by 3p Monday when I ordered them at 9pm the night before! My daughter loved them, but she reported that the Gerber daisies didn't last very long at all. It was disappointing that they lasted just a few days. The roses and other flowers started to droop day 6 which I thought was acceptable.

I ordered this in the upgraded version. The standard version looks much nicer as you see more of the roses and not so much lillies; so I wish I would have stayed with the standard. But it was still a very beautiful arrangement.

This is the first time I’ve used this florist and I have to say I’m very impressed. The flower selections were nice, the prices reasonable and the web site easy to navigate. The delivery was made as requested and most importantly I received emails with a photo of the arrangement being sent and when it was delivered. Great experience! I ordered birthday flowers for my aunt. The florist called the day before to let me know they didn't have one of the flowers for that particular arrangement (kale) and suggested a replacement that would still give the same effect (peony). They offered to send a photo in the morning, once it had been arranged, and wait for my approval before sending it for delivery. Since I live on the West Coast and this was an East Coast delivery, I declined and said I trusted their judgement. They sent a photo later in the morning to show what was delivered and it was gorgeous -- better than what the original arrangement entailed. The flowers were not the color as depicted in the picture. No lavender, blue or lilac color at all. They were more of a magenta color. My daughter had a boy, so I was going more toward the blue colors and they were not.

1st off the business contacted me minutes after my order from south Florida. She asked me if I wanted it to go out the same day because it was a holiday (Easter) Sunday. I had asked it to be delivered Monday (I had put in a late order and already called several other companies 1800 flowers and others in the area who advised me they couldn't help me). I said the would be nice but I new my order was quick and wanted it to be thoughtfully prepared and not rushed. #2 she suggested a bigger case because I had ordered the biggest arrangement. I agreed. She also said she would send me a picture of the arraignment before it went out, which it did. I will admit when I saw the aragemebt some of the flowers hand not opened up yet but when I got the pictures from family after it had been delivered AMAZING!!!! And the price was prefect for the quality I recived. My family lives near their shop and I will definitely be making this shop our primary one for special occasions.

My only comment would be that I would have liked a call to let me know what was not available, I may have changed my order. The flowers were still beautiful but really liked the delicate flowers in the picture and the tiny tulips...so was a little disappointed as to the final product. I ordered flowers with Keepsake on the Friday before Mother's Day for my mother in law. I had already ordered my mom's flowers with FTD online but they could not guarantee delivery for my mother in law. Keepsake not only delivered the flowers the next day but they sent me a photo of them BEFORE they sent them. They also sent a confirmation when they were delivered. I never had that happen before. Keepsakes is a wonderful site to send flowers ~ they pay attention to what you order ( on line ) and called me & emailed me to make sure I liked the tulip bouquet. I was sending it to an important occasion so I liked very much that they sent me a photo of what it would look like. My experience was great ~ and they hand delivered without leaving just a box at the door. I was nervous since I am on the other end of the US ~ but it is a great florist.
