Hot garbage experience. I forgot why I swore off this "florist". Won't answer the phone to confirm delivery, and they DIDN'T deliver on date specified. I'm pretty sure it wasn't even delivered to the address that I've had them send flowers to at least 3 other times. I think I can kiss my $85 goodbye.

My first time ordering flowers for my wife Birthday I chose this place because it’s 4 minutes from my house I went online looked at the arrangements and then I placed a order for delivery which they said same day delivery this was 10:00 am I tried calling to confirm my order at 11:30 nobody answered I called again no answer so I waited another 15 minutes an called back because they close at 12:00 an they just sent me to the answering machine so I started sending the emails to the email they provided still no answer so I give them 0 for business 0 for customer service an another 0 for sending this email talking about a review Don’t use Katherine’s gift shop in Forest Park Ga

The flowers were never delivered for one and when I tried to get in touched with someone to see what was going on I kept getting sent to the voicemail, I will be going up there first thing when they open to get a refund I was very disappointed because I needed these to be delivered like yesterday....

I placed an order to be delivered on 20 Jan. For a death in the family. I called multiple times, the mailbox resolves to another number and the mailbox is full. I sent an email and received no correspondence. If your shop is closed for the holiday, then why was I allowed to purchase flowers for delivery on that day and my money was taken, but I received no delivery and cannot get in touch with the shop? I feel completely lost and now have no way of getting a refund from this place. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. Do not buy from here.

I ordered this on Wednesday to Deliver on Thursday but they did deliver it on Friday! Didn’t inform me at all for the another day delivery on the top of it, they use different type of flower not the one I ordered, it was completely mess, when I called she didn’t even apologize for all of her mistakes, very unprofessional, rude, then she hanged up the phone, didn’t answer the phone again , disgusting business she is running .

The replacement flowers were nice. Thank you for updating the bouquet and delivering on time. However, you were rude by hanging up phone when was seeking an understanding on what was in stock, and it was not necessary. I understand that your employees went rogue and inventory was questionable, but that is not the customer's fault. Customers can be understanding but expecting them to be victims of your frustrations is not acceptable.

I ordered these to be delivered on 05/11 to my mother. She didn’t receive them. Not sure if they delivery driver went to the wrong place, but no one at her front desk saw someone come in. Disappointing I spent $50+ and nothing.

Look at this y’all! I placed my order online Sunday afternoon. The beautiful flower arrangement was delivered by lunch the next day!! Katherine called me and let me know it was delivered and I also received an email of the delivery. Katherine said she was out of a couple of the flowers that was in the arrangement I selected. However she added flowers in the same colors as requested and even spruced it up more than it was in the picture!
My friend loved the flowers and sent me a picture. The flowers & vase could not have been more beautiful! Ya’ll order from Katherine. She is the best all around!

I choose this florist bc they were local. Placed my order 09:30 am for a Premium Bouquet with a confirmation of same day delivery.
At 3pm an email confirmed delivery. Yet there was no delivery. I called and a female stated they were the owner, had “ been there all day at work, was on their way home and would talk to me later”. Later I called again, she said they don’t see my order at all and to “don’t mind the online email confirmations bc they don’t matter”.
After providing my order info repeatedly she said she would call me back. She called back and said, “ oh I’m just seeing your order in my phone” (it’s after 5pm). I’m going back to shop to fix your order now. We don’t have the flowers you ordered (peach bouquet ). I named a few more from the website as a substitute but each time she said they don’t have that. It seemed they don’t have anything the website displayed.
I eventually just said prepare something nice and delivery it please.
(NOTE: I am working on the road out of state and doing all of this by phone and website so I had to settle on something).
She delivered them just shy of dark. Pulled up in the driveway blowing the horn with all my neighbors coming out to see the commotion. Luckily someone was there to come outside. Yet I left instructions on exactly where to leave the flowers under the open car port by the door.
I paid $116 for a very long tedious constantly calling and being called to stay on top of the process, service that didn’t have anything I choose on the website or the card I wrote.
If this was a $9-$14 cheap bouquet I’d still want and expect decent service but most definitely when I choose the supposedly top of the line Premium service and bouquet.
This was my experience online/by phone with them. Maybe your experience will be different if you walk inside the store.
The detailed card I wrote was not delivered.
Did my love like the flowers? Yes. So that’s the only thing that matters at this point.

The worst floral arrangement & customer service I have ever experienced. The flowers were not delivered on the day I specified. The arrangement looked like left over flowers or they were picked from someone’s yard. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner, she was combative & rude. She had no intention of helping/making my experience with her shop a pleasant one. I will never order flowers from this shop again. Three stars because service and same day delivery on Valentine's day was awesome, but I was disappointed with the arrangement, I had a feeling I should have just picked the basic cheap floral arrangement because that's what I got anyway, the lady did say that there would be some substitutes as certain flowers we're not in bloom yet which I understand but the arrangement itself was sloppy it was not pretty it was no care or concern about how the presentation was going to be and that was not worth what I paid, I should have just given my mother the $80+ I spend.

I live in CA & ordered an arrangement to be sent to GA. The order process was very easy. The price points were perfect & the variety of arrangements were wonderful. I was able to request a specific date and time frame for the arrangement to be delivered and included a note which was hand written by the florist. Extremely terrible. I regret every single moment. I order flowers for my wife on the 16th for delivery on the 20th which was her birthday. Flowers were deliver on the 17th with a email sent the on the 17th verifying the delivery on the 20th. Bottom line is that flowers were deliver 2 days earlier. Very beautiful arrangement! Nothing like the picture the only thing that was relatable to the pic was the roses. The vase and all the other flowers were different but still pretty. The vase was probably supposed to hold maybe 5 stems so it had to be transferred.

The flowers were gorgeous and were delivered just as the look in the image! I was a worried they were going to come in a box like other companies, but no! They were beautiful delivered in their vese. The arrangement is probably driven by seasonal availability, so the flowers we received were similar to the ad, but completely different in color. We received stunning pink and red flowers rather than the nice orange, green and white that we thought we would get. Flowers were great, experience was lacking. My wife was sick and didn't end up going to work. I emailed to change delivery address the day before it was supposed to be delivered and did not receive a response. Called first thing in the morning and was told I should have contacted the day before (I did). Fortunately, I was able to intercept the delivery and the flowers look great (though no eucalyptus like pictured) but don't expect help if anything happens with your order.
