-Lies about delivery dates
- $100 worth of flower arrangement looks like $20 bouquet at Albertsons
They are unprofessional, make up lies, and I regret using them for Mother’s Day. I ordered online for Mother’s Day to be delivered on that day, but they kept calling my mom 3x while she was at work, the day before Mother’s Day, saying they do not work Sundays and they need to deliver the flowers to her right now. They also lied to my Mom saying they already called me and talked to me about how they don’t work on Sundays (Mothers Day) and they need to change the delivery date. I have never received an email or call from them about this whole situation and they kept harassing my mom at work the day before Mother’s Day lying about their business and the promised delivery date. I even paid extra for the upgrade flowers and when my mom sent me the picture, it was not worth paying $100 for the arrangement.
I used them based on good reviews and I just don’t want anyone else have to use their hard earned money on such an unprofessional business.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
