We were unable to attend the funeral for Sharon since we live in Ohio. I looked online to find a florist close by. Our daughter sent us a picture of the flowers. They were beautiful. Such a beautiful arrangement! I did designer’s choice and explained my father has very low sight so I’d like them to make something very colorful and with lots of contrast. Karasell understood the assignment! My father loves them. Thank you!

Flower arrangement was not as expected based on the picture.
I expected red roses and not pink especially since it was for my husband's 77th birthday! The dimensions were also not as what was described. I received a much shorter arrangement 8 inches tall not 12 inches. I am trying to contact the florist ( Bloom Nation) since the delivery but they don't answer. I will continue trying and will email them as well.

In response to your review, I would like to point out the fact that in the description of the arrangement it does say hot pink roses. You never specified on your order you wanted the color of the roses changed, so that error would be on you, however I will take responsibility for the arrangement being 4” shorter than stated

I recently had to order bereavement flowers for a team member who lives out of state. I read reviews and selected Karasell Flowers. Karasell was able to fulfill the need to have a plant and gift basket delivered to our co-worker and her family. I was able to view the options online and placing the order, selecting a delivery date and adding any requests/notes was so easy. I received confirmation of the order and and when the delivery was made. The photos of the dishgarden were absolutely beautiful and lush and the fruit gift basket was very nicely arranged and the fruit looked of great quality. I would absolutely recommend Karasell Flowers. They made the process super simple, worry free and the results were great. Thank you Karasell!

I was ordering from 500 miles away and really wanted a Saturday delivery for my Mom's birthday. I was very lucky that Karasell is open on Saturday mornings as most other florists in the area that deliver are not from what I could see online. I ordered online Friday afternoon and the options really were quite endless. The pictures to choose from were gorgeous and the ordering was a piece of cake. You could easily upgrade, and I chose to do just that to add more blooms to my Mom's arrangement. Popped the info in, clicked submit and got an immediate email confirmation. Then, I just waited and hoped her flowers would get delivered the next day. Well, they certainly did, and wasn't I pleased to get an email with a photo of the actual arrangement from Karasell before it was delivered, and then an email confirmation when it was delivered. TOP SHELF service, all around. My Mom loved them and sent me a thank you and her own photo. The floral arrangement is AWESOME (including the handwritten card with my message) and you cannot get much better than getting exactly what you want, exactly when you want it. I will DEFINITELY be using Karasell again. Bravo! A+

This is my third order and the flowers are always beautiful. But, I had an issue when I needed to call the office to change the flowers. I was told I could not send a poinsettia because it is poisonous to cats and I was unable to connect to change it. I did emakl Karasell, but did not get a response.

I ordered this plant as a bridal shower gift to a very special young woman and she was thrilled with it. It's an Autumn Joy Sedum, so it will blush with pink on the top with every anniversary that passes.
