You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (530) 406-1711, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (530) 406-1711 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I ran across K&M after struggling with, and finally giving up on, a supposedly less expensive site. Fair warning of the trap, they boasted “no delivery fee”, failing to mention the additional $24.00 “service fee” added at check out. Upon calling for assistance, , contact info had changed and still no one answered.
That aside, the recipient was overjoyed with the flowers and balloon stating, “these are the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen”. Honest truth!
Not only were they beautiful, they were promptly, professionally and courteously delivered as promised.
Furthermore, their listed phone number is correct and you can speak to a human being if necessary. No hidden fees and it turned out to be less expensive and just beautiful. Fabulous job in every way you guys. Thank you for helping me brighten someone’s day.

The arrangement was very nice. Staff did great work with putting it together. The only reason I gave it a 3 was for lack of communication. I was asked to enter all info on website, but even after clearly explaining . The arrangement wasn't what I requested and no one called me for options. I didn't find out until arrangements were delivered to service and by then it was too late to do anything about it. I ordered 3 arrangement and at the cost I was charged at the least I should've received a phone call. It was very disappointing since all 3 arrangements weren't what I requested.

Where is this a picture taken from? Is this where the order was delivered? Why is there no visual confirmation of delivery to the correct address or recipient? Why is there no tracking available with regard to the order status? There is no brick pattern where this should’ve gone, if that’s where it was delivered. There’s not even a label on the picture as to what time it was taken or if it was taken at the Delivery location or at the shop before it went out.

How can you expect someone to leave a review if you’ve not given them any information sufficient to form any basis for the review? Poor UX. For the money spent, all of this could’ve been avoided through a thoughtful approach to an easily justified, addition to the user experience.

The value proposition to the customer in the form of a basic UX tool that manages something as basic as order progress and delivery tracking, would improve metrics in categories for the business that range from net promoter scores to customer satisfaction numbers, from refunds to negative reviews and time spent answering emails or phone calls for people inquiring about the most basic information that could easily be automated into the flow, freeing up your resources and personnel to deliver a higher value experience in other areas.

Consider that just about. every shipping and logistics provider since 2020, has made available and opted to include for free, basic order status and delivery tracking, with automation of notifications status updates. How can this not be part of an experience for a customer who’s paying, if I had to guess the average value of an order for a delivery, is what, at least $100 to the customer?

I can DoorDash a Slurpee from 7-11 and get real time turn by turn updates for something that cost five dollars to ship to me within a half an hour at most and for a product that only cost me $2 to buy. So, when that is the expectation anything less than that, especially none of it existing is a big letdown , exasperated in the wake of the possibility of an error or issue during the process, and Delivery only being found out the next day. So frustrating and unnecessary and a point of something to remember. It’s never the good that is expected with a transaction that gets the attention.

It’s going to understandably be the bad ... especially when it results from communication opportunities that were missed and a subsequent failure in a part ofthe process that would have been mitigated, if best practices were prioritized and reviewed regularly. It’s the only way to ensure a business is prioritizing customer experience and mitigating risk to the business while improving workflow and benefiting from optimization of internal processes. I just don’t see how that’s not a natural evolution.

How the decision was made to solicit customers for a review nearly a day later, without any proof of delivery or confirmation of completion of delivery, or any context of the photograph included in this review request... or where that photograph was taken or if that’s even from the correct order...ugh, it’s 2025 people.

So far the best experience I had ordering flowers online in the US.
I have ordered different arrangements online with different services before. From a European perspective the quality and quantity of flowers have been a huge letdown before with other services, considering the prices. With K&M Floral it is the first time I'm satisfied with the arrangement received. The selection is pretty and was done with great care, and the service was great. ived been buying flowers from this shop for some years now and never had a problems exceptional flower arrangements, i stopped for a while, my girl friend sent me an arrangement and it was not very nice it looked smaller than the picture shown the flowers were all separated there was so much space in between it was just poor quality and it looked nothing like the picture on line but she left a review and a second arrangement was sent to make up for it i thought that was great service and was very appreciated so i decided to give it another try with my recent purchase yesterday and i was very disappointing it looked just like the first bad arrangement im not sure what it is if maybe theres someone new making the arrangements and has a different style but if thats the case the picture on line should be change so we know what we are buying, honestly the prce was not worth the arrangement that was delivered , will think twice before ordering again

Assolutamente patetico! This was embarrassing, got it for my mother's birthday and not only was it 4 hours later than when it said it would be delivered, but on top of that, the arrangement of the flowers was hideous, I payed 76 dollars for 5 dollar flowers I could've gotten at Raleys or picked at the woodland Library garden with the amount of time it took, its literally a bush in a cheap glass vase, I was Appalled by them as soon as saw them, tried to do something nice for my mother and you guys completely made me look like a bafoon for trusting a company that seems to delete their bad reviews off whatever they can, this is what happens when you want to support local business and they don't even care to cater to their own community, the arrangement looked like whoever made it was getting off in 5 mins and just threw a bush with a flower in a vase, the pictures aren't even close to how they look in person, it's literally a 5 dollar set up total, I'm in the ring business because if this is how you conduct it then I should start cutting up flowers myself and selling them because this was pathetic

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Nov 17th to a friend for her BIRTHDAY and K & M Floral accidently delivered them on Nov 15th. My friend said she received the flowers and I said maybe they got the days mixed up, but as long as she got her flowers and they made her happy, I was okay with it. But on Nov 17th, K & M Floral sent her more flowers on her Birthday and she was shocked to get more and so was I. So I called K & M Floral and they told me that they made the mistake and sent the flowers to soon, but to make up for that K & M Floral wanted my friend to actually receive her flowers on her Birthday. They said it was no problem. I will continue to buy my flowers through K & M Floral!

I ordered deluxe and it did not appear larger in size than the basic. I order flowers regularly & am always looking to support local shops but I am disappointed in the overall quality of this arrangement in comparison to the photo. I understand not all flowers might be available but the arrangement looks like a knock off version of what I thought I had purchased.

Somehow the basket that arrived was less full that the one pictured. After two days, yesterday, the daisy-like flowers looked spent and the rest looked a little worn as well. It was attempted to be delivered but not left per my instructions on the porch. When I called per their email, staff was confused as to how to find my order and then proceeded to say there was no answer so they left a spot tag and called the person. That ruined the surprise and they do not do contact less delivery. It was a mess. The person who called to see what time my friend would be home didn’t even give the right company info. Staff was unapologetic and not very helpful.
Won’t be using them again.

We apologize our customer service fell short. We clearly explained why we cannot porch flowers in 90 degree weather and the recipient was thrilled her flowers were not left out to cook in the sun. Vase life and scent have an inverse relationship, the stronger something smells, the shorter it is going to last. We use Ecuadorian roses that have a vase life of 10-12 days, scent has dwindled over the years, you are correct. In the future, feel free to give us a call to see if we have any scented roses in shop. They come in most shades but oddly enough, not red.

Things started out well. Recipient loved the arrangement which was delivered on time. Things turned for the worse when recipient emailed a "thank you" message to my work team. The message included a photo of the card and the arrangement. Seems K&M forgot one of the team members who's name was supposed to be listed on the card. This person thought I had neglected to include her. I checked my order and discovered that K&M had messed up on the card they hand wrote. Small thing but it took some of the luster off of what, should have been, a beautiful moment. It turned a 5-star into a 3-star. A tougher critic might be less forgiving than me?

I chose the "Designers choice" for $68.
The flowers were nicely arranged and were beautiful. The flowers arrived in a small 4in high vase. The flowers were delivered within a few hours on the same morning I ordered. My only disappointment was the value. In this day and age when you can get 2 dozen roses at Costco for $16.99, I expected a much larger arrangement for my $68 than the small boquet that was delivered.

I ordered the Fun & Flirty arrangement as a late Mother’s Day surprise. I was informed ahead of time that hydrangeas were unavailable due to the pandemic and would be substituted by carnations. While the look was slightly different, the arrangement was still beautiful and my mom loved it. We ordered flowers for our 92 year old mother for Mothers Day. We did everything online and hoped for the best.
WOW!!!!! We got a call and mom was crying and told us it was the most beautiful arrangement she has ever recieved. That speaks volumes of just how gorgeous the arrangement was. She was overjoyed and just kept crying and through her tears saying how beautiful the flowers were. If we could put 10 stars for bringing such joy to a 92 year old we would. Good news. She's 93 next month.

The flowers were great and she was thrilled but the mylar balloon barely lasted the through the afternoon on the 13th.......... kinda of a bummer when it was laying down on its side when I got home from work.....
