I live in Canada and sister lives in Hallendale Beach, and it’s difficult to find a florist in Hallendale that will fulfill my expectations for holiday and special occasion arrangements. I was extremely pleased with the arrangement from KK that I ordered for my sisters birthday; and she was thrilled. It was everything I was hoping for, delivered on time with a lovely card not just a tag. I will definitely use KK again and my sister will as well. She said the arrangement was so large she had to use 2 vases.

I ordered a beautiful heart arrangement at 11:30pm and it was delivered before 11am the next day. Truly thrilled. The person I sent the flowers to sent me a picture and they looked even better than the website showed. The card was also handwriting in a cursive writing which I think made it look more thoughtful. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordering from afar is always scary. In this case I'm in Atlanta and the recipients in Aventura. This was sent in sympathy and it could not have been more perfect for the occasion. I had to make a last minute change in the card and the staff not only received it well, but also executed the changes flawlessly. I've already placed two additional orders for Monther's Day. K&K is my "go to" for my floral needs in Aventura from now on!!!

Let me start off by saying the flowers were excellent. The customer service was decent at best. I ordered the flowers a week before Valentine’s Day and on the order is had a special request portion to better accommodate the delivery. I stated that the flowers had to be delivered before 3pm because of my fiancé leaves work early on Friday's. I did not receive a single call stating that they were not going to make it to her work by that time. I called at 11:40 am and was told they were out for delivery and would receive an email when the flowers got delivered. The time passed by and I did not receive an email so I decided to call at 3:25 to make sure the flowers got delivered. When I spoke to the woman on the phone I was advised they are still out for delivery and did not have an exact time on when they were to be delivered. I advised her my fiancé left work at 3:15 and would have to change the address to have them delivered to my house which was not a huge deal, yes I was a little upset they did not make it there on time but I understand it is a busy time of the year. To shorten the story up a little the flowers did not get delivered to my house until 10pm and this is highly unacceptable and there was no person to reach after 5:30 due to the store being closed. I will never repeat never order flowers from this company again.

Very pretty arrangement but very short. Thing is the stems were extremely short considering vase heights so it looks meger compared to the bouquets my father & brother brought.
For flowers to last they need to be trimmed every 2-3 days but they are already in the shortest vase we have.

The flowers were beautiful and my wife loved the surprise! However, I had paid for Hand Delivery & was disappointed to find out that the delivery person just left the flowers at the Front Desk. I had provided K&K with my wife's phone # & expected the delivery guy to call her to make a hand delivery! Unfortunately, this did not happen.

Amazing! I ordered flower for my mom around 1:30 for her birthday and they were delivered on her doorstep before 3:00! That's just amazing. No one was home so I received a text asking if it was OK to leave by the side door and a cute picture of it sitting there waiting to be found. This is the second time I've used this company and both experiences were amazing! Flowers are beautiful, delivery is fast, and company sends a picture when it's delivered. They were great! I needed a delivery last minute for an unexpected death. I ordered around 1-2pm and they were delivered before 5pm. I told them they could leave it on my friends doorstep and they even sent me an E-mail with a picture of it on her doorstep confirming the delivery. I was very pleased and the flowers were beautiful! Although the arrangement was lovely, it was missing the variation of flowers which the sample image was depicting - There were no Alstroemerias nor yellow Mums.
Instead of specs of purple and yellow, the actual flowers were only a monochromatic-pink. Which was a bit dismaying. I didn't mind that the greenery & flower type used was different, but the colors should not have strayed.
Next time i order flowers from K&K, I will be sure to specify which colors are needed, just in case they stray from the sample BLOOMNATION site-image.
