I love that JP Parker offers DIY flowers. On a chance, I checked the website to see if any spring flowers were available as DIY, and was so excited that Peonies were being offered. My favorite flower, they seem to have such a short season in my yard. I ordered them and got the most lovely flowers, most had not totally bloomed, in traditional pinks and white. Such beauty, extending the peony season for me!
Highly recommended-availability, local business, super customer service.

For the first time ever, I was disappointed with the flowers I received from JP Parker. Very small and unassuming bouquet for the price. I’ve always shopped at JP Parker because their product is always above and beyond. I didn’t feel that experience with latest purchase. Also don’t love $20 delivery fee.

The arrangement was identical to what was pictured, and my wife loved the flowers. I ordered for delivery, and I was unsure when they would arrive. I got off work early and was wanting them to arrive before I got home. I called the store to get an update on the ETA. The associate was so friendly, and they ended up delivering them within a half hour and arrived before I got home. It was a great experience and will purchase all my arrangements from JP Parker going forward!

While the arrangement in the picture is beautiful, I had asked that the peach/pink center flowers be replaced with something a little more dainty and "vintage" looking.
JP Parker always does a great job for me but I've learned that I have to call the shop if I want something "special" and not just make special requests when ordering from the website.

Was expecting an arrangement looking as full and vibrant as the picture but the image that my granddaughter sent of her flowers was an unexpected disappointment. Flowers and greenery were lacking making the arrangement only half of what I had anticipated after choosing this item. I shared the image with my daughter who lives in Franklin where I was visiting and she said, “Mom that arrangement doesn’t look as robust and full as the picture of the one ordered. You should say something. There is clearly a difference in the two.”

JP Parker is who I use all the time for my wife's Birthday, Anniversary etc. And there's a reason why on our Anniversary this year.... I was sent an email ad by you guys about flowers in the classroom and so I tried to have some delivered to my daughters fourth grade classroom at crooked creek elementary and was told that you don't deliver there. I don't live in Indy but my daughter tells me it is very centrally located. I sent the flowers to her home but am disappointed they could not be delivered to her school

My first time using JP Parker and they were wonderful! I had given them incorrect delivery address, first the delivery driver tried calling then a lady from the shop. They were so nice about it while I felt awful. No extra charge or even a complaint, they just took the right address from me over phone and went back out first thing the next morning! Recipient loved the arrangement , even sent me a picture! It was exactly like the photo on website as ordered!

Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. Just one minor issue; I wrote a poem for my wife, and on the website the card seemed like it would have a more elegant font. What she received as a standard font, and capitalization was used randomly throughout the message - not matching how I originally wrote it. Even though the order was placed online, they reached out via a phone call. I appreciate the extra level of customer service. The delivery of the order went well. Our friend sent a photo appreciative of the arrangement. I did notice the flowers were arranged differently than in the photo here. I expected the flowers to differ in color, type, etc. but thought they would be placed throughout. They were arranged in a nice way, just off towards one side. No complaints, just a difference that was not expected. We will definitely be ordering from here again when the need arises.

This was my first time using a designer choice and I was very happy with it. I included a note saying we wanted to use it as a centerpiece and it worked out very nicely. The only problem was that when I placed the order online, I requested a sympathy card to be included and wrote out our message. The sympathy note was not with the flowers when received. I understand that things get overlooked, but was slightly disappointed about that. We will continue to use JP Parker Flowers.

It was absolutely beautiful. Apparently my sister-in-law had a butterfly in her hair on her first date with my brother some 60 years ago and their favorite flower is the gerbera daisy. JP Parker has provided excellent service to me. My wife and I ordered their arrangements for our wedding. It is now our 1 year anniversary and I wanted to deliver a beautiful bouquet to my wife . I placed an online order early in the morning and they arranged the bouquet then delivered to my house only 2 hours later. The bouquet was beautiful and greatly exceeded expectations. We were SO pleased once again with the service offered by JP Flowers. Because I live in eastern NC, the online web site and shopping, the specific pictures and pricing were paramount to choosing a florist and making the purchase. The online process was seamless and quick! The flowers photographed by my dear friend, were delivered upon her arrival home from the hospital. The arrangement is gorgeous! The monarch butterfly was such a perfect symbol since she tracks the monarch data, plants milkweed, and advocates for migratory habitats for the species. I had not noticed it until she sent me the photograph. JP Flowers - our pick of florists!!

The recipient sent a picture of the arrangement and it was half the size of what appeared on the website page. Even the burlap wrapping was not as wide as pictured. While the delivered product held a like variety of items similar to what appeared on the website page, I was extremely disappointed in it compared to what I saw and what I paid for the arrangement. I sent a text to marketing@jpparker.com with comments and pictures of both arrangements to view and to corroborate my finding. I have not heard back from the business.

First my order was 3 hours late

Second what was ordered and what was delivered was 2 completely different arrangements

Third 3 flowers were drooping within 3 hours of delivery.

This was the second time I ordered from here and the first time was very good. I’m questioning a third time.

To fix the wrong order they only offered to switch them out but I felt that would look very odd. I was very frustrated with this order!

I ordered flowers for my mom and dad‘s anniversary, since it being my mom’s first year without my dad here I thought it would be extra special to have flowers delivered to her. Well that didn’t end up happening. Luckily she found the ‘delivery notice’ tag blown away on her front porch, but no way of knowing what it was for. It had the time and date with a check mark that said please call us, but no phone number nor the name of the company on the tag. So she had no way of knowing who to call or what it was for. She ended up calling me saying she had received a odd notice on her door to calls his unknown place, but no phone number left so she was just going to wait and see if it was just a joke. I immediately knew what had happened so I told her it was flowers (surprise ruined) I had ordered to be delivered to her. I gave her the number to call and when she called the person who answered told her she could come and get the flowers or they would be delivered the next day. She wasn’t going to be home the next day until the evening so they said they would deliver in the evening. So she called me back to let me know they weren’t being delivered that day, when I paid for them to be. I was so disappointed not only that they wouldn’t deliver the flowers on the day I requested, but then I had to get my two kids out and drive across town to pick up the flowers so I could get them to her on the day they were supposed to be. I really like supporting local businesses and buying local but this makes it hard to do when things like this happen. My mom lives maybe 10 minutes away so it wasn’t too much of a drive to make for a happy customer.

I used to live in Franklin and everything I've ever sent or received from your shop has been absolutely beautiful. However, I now live in Hawaii so I never saw the funeral arraignment I ordered. Bad experience!! I ordered online thinking I was ordering from the Indianapolis store. No where on there website does it say the store is closed. I have always used that store to send flowers to my daughter. The next day I called the Indianapolis number to check on flowers to be delivered. As I’m talking to a very hurried and rude person on the phone. She led me to believe that there driver hadn’t gotten back yet and maybe they haven’t been delivered yet. In this conversation I discover I’m talking to the Franklin location. She told me they are piping in the calls there for the Indianapolis store. In my mind I’m thinking their delivery person is delivering in Indianapolis. She never stated otherwise. A couple of more hours later and still no delivery....I call back. Then same person answers. She then told me they have hired out another delivery florist for Indianapolis and couldn’t check because that florist had already closed for the day. At that point I was angry with her for not telling me this the first time I called. She then had to go to have the manager call me back. The manager calls and says we had Anders (florist I think) in Indianapolis deliver flowers. Then told me they have been delivered. I had specially give instructions to call my daughter before delivery. She had no call or voicemail that day. The delivery had left them in the office of the apartment complex. She had no idea they were there. No message or note to pick them up. She walked to office and got them. This was a disaster. This was an 4 hour experience trying to track down flowers. I feel that the Franklin store should put on there website that they have hired out another florist to deliver flowers for the Indianapolis store. The Indianapolis JP has always given me great service and beautiful arrangements but the Franklin JP was an unpleasant experience. And the delivery person at Anders in Indianapolis really dropped the ball.

I am so sorry you had a bad experience with us. I am also so sorry that someone sounded rushed and rude to you, that is not something we stand behind here and the employee has been reprimanded. I do want you to know that we still deliver to Indianapolis, and sometimes we do a delivery pool with other Florists in our area because of COVID and trust them to do the job that we would do. It looks like this time, that didn't happen. Our Indianapolis location is permanently closed. We are also having to leave the flowers at apartment offices to try to do our part with having no contact. Again, I am so sorry and I wanted you to know I sent over a full refund for the issues. Thank you for letting us know, we can only learn from the mistakes made, and do better next time!

Real pretty! Only complaint is the water is pretty murky already. Any suggestions when I empty it out and put fresh water in to stay clear?

We're glad that the Breath of Fresh Air is to your liking, Patrick! With fresh cut stems and the summer heat the water getting a bit murky will happen a bit more, even when fresh water is put in right before delivery. To take the water out and put fresh water in you can take the vase and carefully pour the water out and put fresh back in or if there's not a grid at the top of the vase for stem placement, you can carefully pull the arrangement out holding the stems together and switch the water out that way. The Tranquility Basket was exactly as shown online. The wonderful fragrance coming from the lilies and carnations were not overpowering. The crisp white of the flowers and the clean subtle aroma in this arrangement represented every bit of my Aunt Connie. I looooove J.P. Parker flowers BUT, when i called to correct a spelling mistake (and told by Franklin store that it would be adjusted) they failed to fall through. Granted, the mistake was in my fault, i attempted to rectify, found willingness to rectify but, the ball was dropped at the goal post. The devil is in the details and the details matter. Everything else was flawless. I would still buy from them again.

I’ve been a very loyal customer but my last two purchases have been disappointing. Both times the message was incorrect. Both times only half the message was printed on the card creating confusion. Birth of our first child and first Mother’s Day were the subjects. Additionally, I paid for the premium package and felt it was no different than standard. I will likely continue to order from JP Parker, but I hope the attention to details that turned me on to your business returns to the standard I’ve come accustom to.

We understand the special importance of these flowers and delicateness of them. After researching I did find out there were some challenges with all of the white lilies being open at this time. The lilies were freshly cut before opening for their bloom and fresh cut lilies that are still closed will open in time allowing a longer life span in the arrangement.

Even though the description of this bouquet on the website talked about the gorgeous beautiful gold vase (one of the reasons i chose this particular bouquet) the vase my friend received wasn’t anything like this picture. It was a skinny, black, plain, understated vase. I know in small writing it stated that vases may be substituted, but because the description of the bouquet online made a big deal about this vase, I assumed they would use that one, or at the very least one of similar quality. And i paid the extra $10 to get the more deluxe Bouquet - my bouquet had the same amount or even less than the picture. I won’t be ordering again.

The picture looks very nice. However, this was for someone who passed away and the directions given on the website, I have no way to know if they were followed. Because this is a cold weather climate - it was important the flowers didn't just sit outside. It would have been nice, since I am out of state, for someone to have contacted me to let me know the status of this request. Ex. contacted the person, arranged delivery etc.. I didn't want to contact someone there and ask about the delivery. So, I paid for something that I really don't know how well it looked or how the request was handled.

Update: I am happy to say that great customer service still exists! The Florist offered a refund but that felt unnecessary since the arrangement was nice even though it wasn’t what I expected. We settled on a discount and I am now a happy and a future repeat customer.

The actual arrangement barely resembled the photo. Different vase, different flowers, different shape. Disappointing as I really liked the shape of the vase in the photo.

The simple thought of sending birthday flowers to the wife at work did not go well. The flowers were delivered on her birthday however the delivery was made after her shift had ended much to my surprise. The email delivery notice I received referenced an acceptable delivery time however the actual time was after hours.

Not worth what I paid for it. Order was placed and 3 1/2 hours I get a call that they don’t have the container I wanted. At that point, I had no choice but to substitute. Because of that, I should have gotten a discount. The topping on the cake were the 2 flowers in the arrangement.

I ordered first thing in the morning online and stated that they had to be delivered by 2 or delivered by 2 the next day. JP Parker Flowers actually delivered the same day and by 2! The flowers were beautiful and the substitution of a sunflower for the main focal point was spot on! She loved them!

I order flowers for my wife a lot from a bigger more expensive chain florist store. The products were good but the selection was limited and I found myself ordering the same thing over and over. Once someone told me about this place I tried them out and never looked back. The quality is fantastic, designs are unique, and selections are constantly changing. I have ordered ‘designers choice’ every time and have never been disappointed. You can tell everything from the vase, to the flowers, and all the way down to the accenting plants are picked out with care and attention.
