Joe has great relationships with local funeral directors, a key element to take care of your sympathy floral needs. Nothing is too small or too grand for Joe to handle. With over 40 years of industry experience, you can be assured that your wonderful wishes will be transformed into beautiful flower designs. Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

The prompt and personal service was very much appreciated. As a person sensitive to color and shape, I know that actual arrangements are never quite like the featured photos shown. Just wish we could somehow get informed when substitutions have to be made so we could review other options. -----Response: Thanks for the review Peter! Totally understand about color and shapes. My goal is to design as close as possible to image picked. During this virus time, not a much product is available. So, substitutions might be made. I felt the vibrance of the gerbera daisies would give a brighter visual for Eleanor, plus the other additions. I definitely would have connected had I realized it was important to you. My apologies. Know that I truly am the best florist on the central coast, and maybe even farther. Sometimes allowing me to create using the "Designer's Choice" with some instructural suggestions is a great idea!
