How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

we are truly sorry you didn’t reach out to us with your concern and just posted this damaging review. We are a local family-owned small business and every customer matters to us. That’s why this is our only review that doesn’t have 5 stars in years. We send a picture of an arrangement before every delivery so the sender can see the actual bouquet and have a chance to contact us if they have any concern. The arrangement you ordered is the smallest bouquet we offer and even its deluxe version is one of the smallest bouquets on our website. So we can agree with you that the arrangement delivered was small. Even though the arrangement was small it contained premium florals such as roses, spray roses, lilies, freesias, astilbe and others. The arrangement was exactly what you ordered and we are sorry we were not able to reach your expectation. However, we hope the flowers brought joy to the recipient and we wish you both the best.

photo of it and called to tell me the recipient might not be home, but that they left it carefully by the door in the shade.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
