I hadn't asked for a photo, but he knew that I was anxious that the flowers have a really positive impact on the elderly, injured recipient. It was EXCELLENT customer service that he allayed my concerns by sending me that superb photograph. Of course, the flowers were a huge hit with my elderly friend. The flowers were incredible. My Grandmother passed and she was 98 years old. She loved flowers and I asked if they could add a few Stargazer Lilies and they did. I was very displeased by the fact that the flower arrangement was dropped at the wrong house and not even on the correct street. The delivery person didn’t bother calling myself or my mom, the recipient, when they clearly had issues finding the house. It’s pure luck that the arrangement landed in the doorstep of a neighbor who was nice enough to call the number listed on the label and was able to track down my mom to get it to her. Most people probably wouldn’t have taken those extra steps to get it where it needed to go. I am thankful for that person and the actual arrangement was nice. Just very poor delivery.

All I know is that it was delivered on time, which one would expect. I sent two emails without a response, asking to please write my salutation and name in the message. I would have appreciated an email back indicating that it had happened and I find out it did not. So, I am disappointed with the service.

We needed to order flowers for my mom's memorial service- she always loved Jordan's- I placed my order on a Sunday online the store was closed- I needed the flowers delivered Tuesday morning at the church.
