The arrangement was beautiful but the roses did not have a smell to them(my mother informed me). So i was very disappointed.
I live in Houston and i thought using this floral company w/o being there was the best company being that my mother still resides in New Iberia.

Beautiful arrangement and a good value. Ordered off the website which was really easy. The flowers were delivered right on time. All in all a great experience.

While the arrangement I ordered was beautiful, it was incredibly small and underwhelming for the cost. I paid more than $95 for a “deluxe” arrangement. It consisted of six roses, one to three pink hydrangeas, and one blue and white hydrangea. I ordered this bouquet from out of state for my mother’s birthday and expected it to be much fuller based on the price, the picture, and your reviews. I’m appalled at the cost for the bouquet that was actually provided. I’m disappointed in your service. I won’t be ordering from you again.

the arrangement in my shop. He had no problem and your ordered was exactly as the picture. The order was prepared to what you chose .. Six roses , hydrangeas and stock.. and greenery. I'm so sorry you're unhappy you didn't even bother to call with a complaint. Thanks again .. and sorry you didn't like what you chose from the picture.

I'm not sure why you would ask for a refund. Your order was filled and received. The young lady that received them loved them .. The only problem I'm assuming is she said she wasn't calling you, because she wasn't interested.. We aren't match makers where a flower shop. Again we are sorry things didn't work as you would have hoped. You called the shop twice and we confirmed she received them. Again sorry, she didn't call you, but the flowers were delivered and were beautiful!!!

Wonderful Service and Products. I left an online order and wasn't very specific (I'm a guy, so...) on the Easter arrangement, but Jolie built the perfect centerpiece with a breathtaking assortment of beautiful Easter flowers. The website is easy to navigate and when I called the staff was very pleasant and helpful. (I called only because unsure with the Covid19 issues). The delivery was great and the arrangement was beautiful thank you for helping make my mother’s Mother’s Day that much Brighter. May God Bless thank you

As a whole, the variety and colors were pretty, but the majority of the flowers looked wilted and it kind of looked thrown together. I expected better for the price.

Expected sunflowers per the photo and description “sunny sunflowers”, that’s not what was delivered. I would have preferred to be notified if substitutions were going to be made.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
