About the Shop
Jo's is a family business owned by Kim Johnson serving the Cibolo, Schertz, New Braunfels and surrounding areas. Our shop features a variety of plants, balloons, gifts for all occasions, chocolates and greeting cards. We offer planning/consultation for weddings, banquets, and funerals, etc., coordinating closely with all parties involved.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I’m very pleased to recommend Jo’s Flowers and Gifts. My mom and I live quite a distance apart-she is in Texas and I live in Virginia. I tried so hard to come up with a novel gift idea for Mother’s Day. Growing up, my dad always sent her flowers on their wedding anniversary. She was always so happy to get them! So, I decided to send an arrangement for Mother’s Day. She said they were delivered just as requested and the artist did a beautiful job! I hope a few good memories were recalled. Thanks, Jo.
