Johanna B. Floral Designer is notorious for creating beautiful and bespoke solutions for weddings and parties, corporate events, and weekly contracts. Johanna B. will design and suggest various looks to suit every proposal and fit every budget requirement. Care and attention to detail are applied to every aspect of each job overseen, every venue and surrounding area is analyzed to allow the floral designs to syndicate with the surroundings, creating the finest effects. “Passion, Love, and Care are the Elements used to perform and execute your special events”. The flowers were absolutely lovely and the recipient was thrilled. She did send us a picture and they are beautiful, they just don't really look like this picture. The flowers she received look much "tidier". I love the looser, slightly more natural look in the shop's picture, plus it appears there are other flowers in the picture other than roses. Her arrangement was predominantly beautiful roses. Again, the flowers were positively lovely, just not quite what I was expecting. I would definitely order flowers from Jireh's again.

The bouquet was lovely! The pot is pretty and feels very sturdy and heavy duty so the flowers will not tip over, but had a small piece of peeling paint. The delivery person was very kind and let us know how to care for the flowers and how often to water them.

My experience with Jireh's Flowers was redeemed by quality customer service and a simple sincere apology. Isn't that what really makes a fantastic local company stand out from the rest? Unfortunately, my order (flowers & card) was swapped with another client's order. While the flowers my friend received were beautiful no doubt, it was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. But it does happen, right? Jireh's customer service representative responded immediately to my email with an apology and offered to replace my order and take care of my friend at no additional charge. I really was hoping for the best. I paid the extra money for the premium bunch, but instead, the bouquet we received has carnations and fewer roses than the standard version that is pictured here. Not sure how carnations instead of roses makes the bouquet “premium”. I am disappointed as this was supposed to be a retirement bouquet for my aunt who has served in the military for over 30 years. Also, ours is not “flirty” - it’s just white, pink, and purple as opposed to white, pink, and yellow, as pictured.

For all of our orders we had made a statement below the product descriptions regarding substitutions of flowers. This arrangement however, did have it's proper upgrade, it had a taller vase than the original, a dozen pink roses (original only has 8) and lilies that have not been completely open for you to see it's colors properly. All other flowers were extra on our behalf. We are really sorry that you missed these observations of the floral arrangement.
So as far as the upgrade, we upgraded by adding more roses, bigger vase, and more fillers.

When I was looking for a florist to send my friend flowers for her birthday, I found you on the internet. I wanted to stay local there in Maryland and hoped you would do a great job.
Although you did use the same flowers as pictured, her arrangement looked nothing like the one shown here. This arrangement is exactly what I was hoping to give her. Like you said, the arrangement had all the flowers that it was supposed to have and more, but the vase was the only difference. With that said, of course the arrangement is going to look a bit different do to the vase and the way the flowers were arranged. Not sure if the doves came with, a picture was sent to me by the recipient after delivery. Disappointed because for the price I paid I expected better. Ordered flowers online and requested a delivery by 1:00 pm. They called at 1:30pm and informed me they did not have they flowers I ordered. They offered a different type instead at this point I had no other option since the delivery time had past. The intended person had left for the day when the delivery finally came.

This is the second time I have ordered flowers (from overseas) - both times have been an absolute pleasure. I accidentally ordered the flowers to arrive on the wrong date and emailed Johanna only on the morning of the correct date, asking if it was at all possible for the delivery date to be changed (and offering to pay whatever extra was required). The delivery was made that day with no extra cost to me - and the flowers were beautiful!
