Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (330) 898-1706, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

1. The spray delivered was identical to the picture and seemed even larger than original dimensions.
2. I ordered online but spoke to staff twice regarding delivery questions and they were kind, professional and helpful.
3. The spray was delivered as promised on a Saturday, a day the store is not open.
4. Other local florists offered this same spray but for $100 more.

Living out of state can be difficult when ordering a flower arrangement online especially when you request a modification from the photo on the website. I found out about a funeral after 6 pm the night before calling hours, placed my order online with a note requesting no carnations, no pink flowers, and stated the amount I was willing to pay extra for the replacement flowers. Jensens called me the next morning with ideas & questions but had to leave a voicemail because I was in meetings all day. By the time I was able to call them, they were closed for the day and the flowers had already been delivered to the funeral home. The arrangement was more stunning than I could have imagined and I received many compliments and photos of the arrangement. I cannot put my gratitude and appreciation into words. I highly recommend them for anyone needing flowers in the Warren, OH area!!!

I was an out of town customer so I ordered over the phone. Jensen's was excellent to work with and their prices are great. The customer service was beyond exceptional especially in a day when it is so lacking. I appreciated the willingness to customize without extra fees. Per my request, I received a picture of the finished product via email. The follow up to make sure I was aware the arrangement was delivered was also a nice touch. Although I didn't think I'd make it, I ended up going to the funeral after all and the arrangement was as beautiful in person as in the photo. I highly recommend Jensen's. The arrangement was not like the picture. The mug was a straight mug and flowers just bunched together and very small.Paid more for less. Very disappointed in this order. Then the delivery person ran over the lawn off the driveway, spun the tires to back up and gouged the lawn…now we have to repair the lawn from the damage that was done. The delivery person never apologized. Will look to another Florist after this!

It’s dicey to place orders online or over the phone because you’re trusting and laying out money for something you haven’t and won’t see. The arrangement Jensens did was BEAUTIFUL! We had another order but unfortunately, they cancelled on the day of the calling hours, so we had to find another florist to do this order fast and the same day! I do not live in Ohio and am not a huge fan of going through a local florist for flowers to be designed in the state where they need to be delivered. Jensen's Flowers & Gifts were the perfect florist for what I needed. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable and were able to answer any and all questions that I had. I ordered a dozen yellow roses for my sisters birthday the morning of- Jeanette was so pleasant in helping me. I asked for a colored vase but later she called to let me know it was too short for the flowers and gave me other choices.

2 days before Christmas. We live 4 hours away but wanted to show our daughter-in-law our appreciation. I was having trouble finding a florist who would deliver to Leavittsburg, Ohio. The funeral of my favorite cousin was imminent. Then I happened upon Jensen’s. I am so very glad I did! Not only did they deliver to that area, they worked with me to design a beautiful arrangement to my desired specifications, and they found a small deep pink heart to nestle into the basket of gorgeous flowers. My 94 year old mom loves long stemmed red rose buds. So when I called, I asked the lady if she had rose BUDS, and she answered yes. I replied, that's good, because thats what I want to order. The Rose's are beautiful, BUT it is not what I ordered. My mom said they were pretty, but she likes the buds, and these weren't. So, I dont mind paying the 80.00 charge, if I had received what I asked for. Disappointing, because I wanted my mom to have what she loves.

It was for my best friends wedding for her to carry them down the aisle the people I talk to at Johnson’s told me it would be there way before 4 o’clock 4 o’clock is when the wedding started the person called my friend on the phone was lost couldn’t find the house and by the time they got there it was time for her to walk down the aisle so she didn’t have time to put her dad‘s lock it onto the new roses that I just bought from you company… Very disappointed the company said they would be there way before 4 o’clock so that that wouldn’t happen so basically she didn’t even get to carry that dozen roses that I bought from your company .

I was very disappointed to read your review. I am the one who took and filled your order on Saturday. Our driver, Don, delivered a beautiful bridal bouquet to your friend's address at 3:11pm.
Initially, you called us at 10am with your last minute request which we turned down because we already had a lot of orders that needed to go out. When you called us again, an hour later, we decided that we could help you. I told you it would be delivered in the late afternoon, before 4:00pm, but definitely by 3:30pm. We fulfilled that promise.
The bride's uncle, a very pleasant, portly man wearing a sweatshirt, joked with our driver saying," I assume that's for my niece, because nobody ever sends me flowers!" He then offered to take the flowers into the house for her.
Our driver delivered your order at 3:11pm, well before the start of the ceremony. His driving log showed he made two more deliveries after that and clocked out at our shop at 4:00pm. In light of these facts, I respectfully ask that you change your review. All of us at Jensen's went above and beyond to make sure your friend had her beautiful bouquet well before her ceremony began.

I was very disappointed to read your review. I am the one who took and filled your order on Saturday. Our driver, Don, delivered a beautiful bridal bouquet to your friend's address at 3:11pm.
Initially, you called us at 10am with your last minute request which we turned down because we already had a lot of orders that needed to go out. When you called us again, an hour later, we decided that we could help you. I told you it would be delivered in the late afternoon, before 4:00pm, but definitely by 3:30pm. We fulfilled that promise.
The bride's uncle, a very pleasant, portly man wearing a sweatshirt, joked with our driver saying," I assume that's for my niece, because nobody ever sends me flowers!" He then offered to take the flowers into the house for her.
Our driver delivered your order at 3:11pm, well before the start of the ceremony. His driving log showed he made two more deliveries after that and clocked out at our shop at 4:00pm. In light of these facts, I respectfully ask that you change your review. All of us at Jensen's went above and beyond to make sure your friend had her beautiful bouquet well before her ceremony began.

The day I ordered the flowers was rainy and yucky. I had put in the delivery instructions to leave the flowers at the unprotected back door because that is the be door my sister uses but they left them at the protected front door instead. I was afraid that if they did this my sister wouldn't find them when she came home many hours later but instead they emailed me when it was delivered and I was able to tell my sister who could then arrange to have it taken care of. It was a perfect decision on their part and handled professionally. The flowers were and stayed beautiful because of their decision. My grandmother was thrilled with the surprise bouquet for her birthday, however when I saw pictures of the delivered product I was disappointed that the arrangement wasn't fuller and arranged better like the one displayed on the website. It was placed in a vase and sent on its way...it defiantly didn't have the care and attention to detail that the picture shows. I understand that it is based by what is available at the time but it looked very skimpy for the $50 price tag. I tipped higher hoping that would help make sure I got a good looking arrangement and it definitely wasn't worth the extra money. For folks that live out of state or not near Garrettsville, it is nice to have a local place available to call. However, I think the standard delivery fee of $8.00 is a bit high since the three locations I requested deliveries to were less than a mile from the florist shop.

I continue to think your flower shop is a great find for me to order flowers for my Ohio family (I'm from Michigan). The last flowers you sent lasted almost a month. These flowers were stunning (my daughter took a picture to send to me) and she was thrilled. The only thing I found a little 'off' with this arrangement was that the bottom didn't flow in the beautiful arc shown in this photo. It was, instead, a bit flat and then spiraled up. I bought the deluxe version for a bit of a fuller look, and that was fine. But I was a bit disappointed about that arc. Not so much to give you less than a '5' star rating though. The flowers are beautiful, the arrangement is still beautiful, and my daughter was surprised and pleased. That is what was wanted, and I thank you. Your delivery these first two times of my ordering from you has also been spot on - exactly as asked and on time. I think it’s important to leave reviews when presented with excellent quality and service, both of which I received with my order of birthday flowers from Jensen’s. Compared to competitors in the Warren, OH area, I paid a fraction of the price for this arrangement. Even selecting “next day delivery,” the delivery fee was only $7, and the delivery went smoothly. The arrangement was exactly as I expected from photos on the website. Very impressed with my order, and the recipient loved the arrangement!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
