Our goal is to create a place of beauty and joy. Our passion for fresh flowers and our boutique allows us to bring a new level of gift giving to Kokomo! We strive to make each and every customer happy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your arrangement, we are happy to refund or replace/exchange your product. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery so we can make sure you are happy with your product!
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Flowers were beautiful. The plus was.... my mom had just gotten home from the grocery store when they were delivered. The girl that delivered the flowers helped my mom carry her bottled water up to her front porch. Greatly appreciated! Jefferson House will always be our choice for flowers.
