I ordered flowers directly from the website because I am out of state. The flowers were for the funeral of a classmate. Jefferson House went above and beyond delivering flowers for my friend's birthday. Since I wasn't sure where my friend would be, I asked for the flowers to be delivered to her house. She ended up still being in the hospital for her birthday and the flowers were delivered directly to the hospital instead. I greatly appreciate the extra care in getting the flowers directly to her!

I had several items delivered to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. The delivery was timely. The flowers were beautiful, the cupcakes were yummy but the balloons fell short. They were out of helium and on the ground the next day.

The flowers were awesome, and very well received. The mylar balloon was great, however, the regular balloons went flat before the end of the first day. I would suggest finding out what caused this and correct for future orders. Jefferson House standards are higher than this, so I am confident this will be corrected for others.

If I have "ANY" complaint it would be that as retirees, having the delivery man at your door around 7AM is rough. :-)

Thank you for providing flowers to my family for a recent funeral. I appreciate accommodating my request to change wording on the card. Unfortunately, the flowers in the arrangement were just a bit past prime. They did not seem to be very fresh. The water was not clear either. It looked like the water had been in the vase for a few days. The flowers were on full display at the funeral, so I was disappointed the arrangement was not as pictured and not very fresh.

I specifically chose these flowers for my mom because of the cute mug. Based on past experiences ordering flowers, I was understood that the flowers wouldn't be an exact match and they weren't. My mom said the ones she received were pretty so not that big a deal. However, the mug was just a plain white mug. I don't understand how you can advertise one thing and send something else. Also, the message that I submitted to include on the card wasn't on it. It was just a blank card and she had to call me to see if the flowers were from me. Disappointed in those two things.

They were able to do same day delivery; however, they could have taken a bit of time to make it look like the floral arrangement that I thought I ordered. It looked nothing like it and looked like that had taken three types of flowers and just put the bunches in the vase without trying to intersperse them in the arrangement plus attached an ugly bow.
