Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (617) 993-3641, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (617) 993-3641 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

This was the first time I’ve used Jayne’s and I’m one of those frequent flower-senderers in general. The actual bouquet was far nicer even than the photo and I think that was the first time it’s ever happened to me! Jayne's Flowers knocked it out of the park! The gentleman who delivered the flowers went out of his way to make sure the flowers were delivered with care. He did not want to leave the flowers in freezing temps so took it upon himself to find a phone number for the recipient (I didn't have one - I was sending flowers to a stranger who helped me on a plane) and check in to see when someone would be home to accept delivery.
