Meet Janine, founder and designer at Janine's Flowers for 45 years! Janine's journey began in September of 1979. Her career is filled with memorable moments, from coordinating prom tuxedos and corsages to designing her son's wedding. Janine values the profound moments of creating celebration of life arrangements, finding fulfillment in providing comfort during difficult times. Though much has changed and grown over the years, Janine's love for flowers remains strong!

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (573) 346-3388, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (573) 346-3388 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Amazing customer service! We ran into a fiasco in which there was another person that shared my wife's name at her workplace. The arrangement is lovely, however this and the last arrangement I purchased here were both filled with cheaper flowers (e.g., carnations, daisies, alstroemeria) and lacked the more expensive flowers as were pictured (i.e., hydrangea, roses, lilies, tulips). In their defense, they called me the last time they made an arrangement because they did not have the stargazer lilies on hand. However, they replaced it with a cheaper flower and did not adjust the price accordingly. They do a lovely job arranging, I just want to get the product I paid for.

One of the main flowers in the "Spring has Sprung" arrangement was unavailable, but Janine's called to ask if a substitution was acceptable. The photo behind "Designer's Choice" is gorgeous...therefore I was expecting flowers that were a "WOW"...unfortunately that's now what she received. The flowers were your basic carnations and daisies. There was no pizzazz. For what I paid, I was expecting more. My grocery store has better flowers for less money. Apparently because if the heat in your area, my lady friend decided to pick up the arrabge.ennt at your florist office. I had paid for a delivery charge yo gave them picked up but if course that never ivurred. She herself picked them up. She asked for an adjustment on my total charge to reflect this djscrdlrancy and was 3rd they could not go that but was given the choice off some extra flowers or candy instead. She decided after a brief argy.nwbt they would put so.e extra flowers into arrangement yo make up the difference. But it was definitely not equal in value to the delivery charge I was charged

I ordered this arrangement with mylar get well balloons added for my dad in the hospital. We live very far away, so the first time I used Janine's, I was nervous, since I didn't know anything about them. I've used them twice now, and they have been excellent. I am so impressed with Janine's Flowers. I am a flower freak and nothing makes me madder than spending the money on good flowers to find out the florist substituted them with cheap fillers. I placed the order online and Janine called me to ask if it was ok to use lavender roses instead of yellow. (Not a cheaper flower but still roses.) Very disappointed. I have ordered with Janine's for several years. I ordered the Timeless Tulips for my wife's birthday, because she loves tulips. I ordered the deluxe, which was twice the price of the image of the website. Paying twice the amount, one would assume receiving twice the amount, but this was not the case. The deluxe came in the same vase with 20 tulips, but less variety of the flowers in the image. In addition, the flowers are already dying at the three days old. For over $70 (including local delivery from Camdenton to Osage Beach), I really feel I was taken advantage of and should have received a larger assortment and better quality flowers. Sadly, I will be looking for another florist.

I was really happy with the price of the bouquet, the delivery charge and the ease of their website. I was not as pleased with the "designer's choice" bouquet, it was mediocre, the flowers looked a bit sad and the colors were pale and not happy, as would be required for a "get-well" bouquet. Too much baby's breath and daisies, which do not look expensive or cheerful, just cheap.

I was thrilled to see they have an online store and that they actually provide the flower for their online orders unlike many other florists who are backed by drop shippers.
