Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Janine's goes above and beyond again! They called me personally to let me know they weren't happy with the quality of a shipment they received and asked if they could build me a custom bouquet using the recipient's favorite colors. Well of course! The final product turned out even better than the one I ordered and the recipient was beyond pleased. Super grateful for the amazing service offered by this company. 5 stars all day, every day.

Amazing customer service! We ran into a fiasco in which there was another person that shared my wife's name at her workplace. Unfortunately, this person ended up with the flowers which was an honest mistake. Once my wife arrived home without flowers I called them to find out what happened. After the problem was discovered they immediately put together another arrangement and brought it straight to our home. Appreciate them fixing a bad situation so promptly.

Excellent selection of flowers. My wife is a former flower designer for weddings, and as a icu nurse, she knows both flowers and quality. She really loves the flowers.
