This was the first time I used Jane’s Roses. Since I don’t live in the area I called with some questions and the owner was just wonderful answering them. After the arrangement was delivered the recipient sent me a photo. The orchids were exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous! The recipient also mentioned that the driver was really nice, when trying to reach them.

Disappointed for a designer's choice. It looked like it was primarily tulips with a few roses thrown in in the photos I was sent by the recipient. Nothing like the dynamic, textured bouquet in the Designer's Choice photo on the website. The recipient thought it was nice and she thought the delivery person was sweet.
Paid for a premium arrangement for a sensitive occasion, but was not notified when the delivery was made. Customer service was incredibly rude when I pointed this out, despite me mentioning that this was a sensitive situation. I will not use them again.

The arrangement that was received looked nothing like the pictured arrangement and wasn't very nice looking at all. When I informed them of this she told me that she had given me more flowers. More flowers isn't necessarily a better arrangement. Her solution was to go get the arrangement from the recipient and refund my money. I guess that gets her out of trouble with the credit card company. I really don't want someone to show up at the recipients home and take away the flowers I just sent. Kind of kills the experience. There are many fine florists in SF. This is not one for both the arrangement and the service.

Beautiful arrangement. Friendly service. Easy to order online. One note if you are picking up yourself. The address is 715 Bryant, but pick up is in the alley around the back. (There is no storefront on Bryant St.)
5 stars for ease of ordering and timely delivery, 3 stars for the actual arrangement. The recipient liked it and sent me a pic. No phaleonopsis orchids—I know you reserve the right to swap out, but it seems to be the focal point of the arrangement and really I don’t think roses or lisianthus pack the same punch. Also the dendrobium stem in front was snapped off at the top and in my opinion there were too many green ?mums. Also, swapping in pink lisianthus made the arrangement look a little loose and some didn’t look that fresh in the picture. Again, more important that the recipient liked it and got it on time than what a picky florist’s dtr thinks.
I wanted to use a local florist instead of the Internet florists I usually go with, and took a chance with Jane’s Roses to deliver a holiday bouquet to a close friend. They delivered the most stunning bouquet I have ever seen - truly a work of art. High quality flowers, no cheap fillers, it was just an amazing arrangement. My friend was absolutely thrilled. This is not the place for a cut-rate bouquet, but if you want gorgeous flowers, artfully arranged, I highly recommend this florist. Nice people too. Ten stars!!

The arrangement and colors I picked was exactly as I ordered and absolutely beautiful! There was a small glitch with the desired order time of the flowers but Jane and her husband quickly remediated the issue and was able to get the flowers delivered the day I needed them to be delivered. When I placed to order online, I forgot to “sign” the card. I called the shop to let them know and was assured that the senders’ names would be added to the card. They weren’t. My friend had to call the florist to ask who the arrangement was from and they told her who paid for the arrangement, but not who the arrangement was from, which was a group of us. It was a bit awkward. But my friend said she loved the arrangement.

My only problem was delivery. I specifically asked for it to be delivered to a certain area in a building since it was a place of business. It was not delivered properly and instead left with security downstairs and I had to call the person who was receiving it because of lack of parking which should have taken the time to find.

I sent this flowers to my daughter. The arrangement was gorgeous. She got a call at home letting her know that I delivery was being made. When she told the delivery person that she qas at work they rerouted the arrangement and dropped it off at her office.
Flowers delivered promptly and and the bouquet looked exactly like the photograph.

I took a chance on Jane's for a special arrangement. They delivered as requested and the person receiving the flowers was overwhelmed. She said she had never seen an arrangement like it and received so many compliments. The person I sent these to was overwhelmed! The arrangement is super big and full. She was so surprised and all her co-workers commented on how amazing the flowers looked. The pink roses were substituted with lavender ones which wasn't expected but still came out looking great.
I've never had flowers delivered to San Francisco before, and not being from the area I was a bit concerned. However, I think I've found my new florist for all orders in SF.

I ordered this flower arrangement for a new baby and it turned out even cuter than the picture. Jane used a cute baby giraffe vase and looked adorable next to the baby... ;-) The flowers looked fuller as well, this is my second order with Jane's Roses and I think I will always use them in the future!!
Jane's Roses did amazing job on the arrangements. They made the arrangements of orchids more fuller. The person who delivered the flowers called me to confirm the delivery. I will definitely will be using Jane's Roses again.

Minus one star because my name wasn't signed on the card like I had requested, but I did order them through a third party (Bloomnation.com) and changed my message after I submitted the order. Live in Maine and wanted to send my daughter and fiancé some flowers to congratulate them on their engagement. Found Jane on the internet and all the good comments lived up to the beautiful flowers that arrived. They loved them!
The stones that came were white/clear, which were a little tacky. I picked this because I liked the contrast of black stones and pink roses, so that was a disappointment.
