You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (856) 354-1115, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We want to clarify that your statement isn’t accurate—the flowers did not arrive in poor condition. They were ordered by you as part of an apology, and upon delivery, the recipient expressed that she had specifically asked you not to send flowers. Despite her reluctance, she accepted them.
Three days later, she contacted our shop to report that the flowers had wilted. We promptly sent a driver to retrieve them, and upon inspection, it was evident they hadn’t been properly cared for—the stems were dry and not in water, which contributed to their condition.
Regardless of the circumstances, we replaced the arrangement for her without hesitation. At that point, we had done everything within reason to resolve the situation. From our perspective, we were more invested in making things right with her than you appeared to be, and it feels like your frustration is being misdirected toward us.

Yesterday when I received the notifications that said our arrangement was out for delivery and then delivered, I was impressed by the updates. But when I received a picture of the arrangement, I have to say I was disappointed. Though it was what I asked for -pink carnations and baby's breath- I was disappointed to see how small it was. Carnations aren't an expensive flower, as are roses, so I really expected a much larger arrangement for what we paid.

I expected a lot more roses in the bouquet. Especially since the total cost was $100+. It was all filler flowers, the lily in the front was wilting and there were not enough accents. Disappointing because I really liked the bouquet last year, but the one this year did not meet my expectations.

thanks William. Please keep in mind to check water levels, because if a stem isn't reaching the water, it can get very thirsty. Also each flower has it's own shelf life, meaning not all the flowers will last the same amount of time, and if you take out the spent blooms, you'd be surprised how well the arrangement still looks. With that being said, they should have lasted more than two days. In the future, please do not hesitate to reach out to us so that we can rectify the issue timely.

The arrangement was beautiful, fresh, on time and well received. This was the first time I used this business. I was disappointed, however, that the request to call or txt the recipient when arrangement arrived at the doorstep was ignored. The address was in an apartment complex where many tenants with garages rarely use a front door and theft is an occasional possibility. The bouquet was discovered late in the evening after my phone call inquiry. Fortunately , the weather cooperated and the bouquet held up fine.

The way the bouquet was put together was quite nice, but I had asked for purple flowers. Instead, the flowers were more of a mauve or dark pink. I probably should’ve sent a picture, but definitely was not what I would call purple. Too late to do anything about it since it was just ours until the dance

Kathy, we are sorry that you felt that the color purple was not what you envisioned. Colors of flowers vary and even if you sent a picture, it may not have matched exactly. We do not guarantee exact colors, rather we will use shades. The reason for this is that you can order the same color flower multiple times and it can come in different each week (That's just how natural colors vary.)
We agree it's too late to do anything about it now, however when the bouquet was picked up, we had whoever pick it up sign for it, indicating that you, as the customer are satisfied. We really wish you had spoken up at that time, as we would have made any changes you wanted before taking it home.

We use different varieties of roses and some with large heads that open quickly, but they should still last. An open rose rose does always indicate an older rose. If you change the water as recommended and with proper care, we find our roses tend to have a bit of shelf life.

The flowers I ordered were for a senior prom. I told them the colors I wanted and type of flowers. Assuming they would have an idea of what a high school bouquet looked like and knew what they were doing, I was HORRIFIED to see what my son had picked up. They had flowers and plants in the bouquet that looked like a flower arrangement from the 1980s. It was not a bouquet for a senior prom. HORRIBLE.
I also ordered a bouquet and boutonniere to match. Thank god I specified roses only and the color was blue for the wrap around the flowers! They asked if I wanted blue for the boutonnière to match. They put in green decorative pieces. The bouquet and boutonnière did not match with colors and looked like they were not going together. NEVER would I recommend this place!

This review is quire perplexing to us. 1) all of our pick up orders are signed for by the recipient acknowledging that the order is to your satisfaction. We did this in attempts to avoid unhinged, unwarranted comments such this. If you sent someone that didn't know what they were supposed to be picking up, well, guess what, they still signed that it was acceptable to them. 2) your comments are ignorant at best. You have zero knowledge of the floral business or trends, so stop trying to pretend like you do. We do not have to justify ourselves as anyone can read our reviews and the 700+ 5 star reviews as proof otherwise. 3) Samples of all of our bouquets are available on our website , so I encourage everyone to look at our collection. I guarantee, nothing will be there like you described. 4) We have no idea of what you are talking about. You replied to an order that was for a pink and white handheld prom bouquet? Unless you ordered under a different name and different email address and are referencing a different order. Please sling your ignorant, entitled insults elsewhere.

Not great. Bouquet needed to be re-done twice. First because “something was off” with it per Jacqueline’s. Second time after already waiting 25 minutes for it, it had to be done again because I noticed a couple flowers were already browning and wilting. Total time in store about 35-40 minutes. Didn’t offer a discount or anything after all this. Barely made it back in time for my son to leave for his prom pictures. Very disappointing.

Donna. We do appreciate the feedback. When you came to pick up the flowers, we noticed that the bouquet needed to be rearranged as WE felt it wasn't up to our usual standard. We took it upon ourselves to try to fix it for you before you left with it. We had over 100 orders and it was a very busy time (We are not a large chain that provides pre made arrangements.) You pointed out the brown edges on the one particular flower and we also made that change as promptly as we could and you seemed pleased and said it looked much better. You smiled and also seemed satisfied. It seems a little passive aggressive to then go home and leave a 2 star review from behind your keyboard.

That is the time you could/should have spoken up, as we are always happy to make any adjustments/replacements, to make sure customers are happy.
BTW, it was Mother's day week. Those flowers were all brand new, as we couldn't keep flowers stocked quickly enough and inventory was coming in fresh all week. More than likely, the sunflowers were just not fully bloomed yet. Otherwise, thanks for your feedback.

I specifically asked for all white bouquet with no green throughout and there were random green grasses and plants sticking out. They advised I upgrade to have a fuller bouquet and it was same size as everyone at prom who ordered the standard. Will not go back.

All of our prom orders are made individually, and made to the best interpretation from what is requested. There are times that signals can get crossed and you envision something differently than professional florist would describe it. We ask all of our customers to sign for the orders when they come to pick them up, and sign that the arrangement meets their satisfaction. This allows us to make any changes and to make sure our customer is pleased with what was created. So, considering someone signed that they were satisfied with the bouquet, then we get phone calls from you, saying it looks like it was made with "weeds", we were more than happy to make changes if you brought it back ( you never did) and then you feel the need to proceed to leave a 2 star review on something that someone worked very hard on and I am sure it is beautiful, even if it is not what you envisioned...... We are more than ok with your decision not to return.

Bought a loose bouquet pre-arranged. Picked it out myself and absolutely loved it! I loved the different accents/decor each bouquet at the store came with. A nice little touch to an already beautiful arrangement. This other florist I like actually let you pick pieces/flowers so you can arrange your own fresh bouquet. This would be a cool addition if this isn’t what’s offered already. (As I came close to closing, they might not have had something like this at that time.) However, I loved this florist! The mood was great! As was the service!! 10/10!!

Beautiful work on my mom’s flowers, she was honestly blown away but how beautiful her bouquet came! I was a bit disappointed with the arrangement. It was kind of sparse and although the roses were pretty, there was not much dimension and style to the bouquet for the amount of money I paid. Likewise, although the delivery man went to my friends house the day I asked for it to be delivered, which was her 89th birthday, and she did not answer, I requested for the bouquet to be delivered later that afternoon because it WAS her birthday; however, the young lady I spoke from the phone made to clear to me that it was not going to be possible because of distance. Importantly, I spent $100 on a bouquet of flowers AND I am a returning customer, I felt very dissatisfied with the delivery process and the bouquet that was delivered. I have ordered from your place in the past; however, I do not feel that I will do so in the future. I’m sorry that your business is not up to par. This day and age I support small business so much, but I also expect that I will be treated the same when spending extra money to ensure Extra special treatment of my friends.

I have used your business on numerous occasions and always very impressed with your service and quality of the flowers. I even included an advanced tip this time based on past experiances. However, this time I was extremely disappointed. I placed an order on Thursday, September 30 at 245pm, order#8932113328, with a request for delivery on Monday October 4 before noon, as my wife leaves work at 4pm. By 145pm on Monday Oct 4, the flowers had not been delivered. I called and after being put on hold, I was told the flowers were going out on the "next delivery", Promising me they would be delivered before 4pm. I received the notice of delivery at 548p, well after she left work. In addition, the flowers were not fresh and the white flowers were actually beginning to brown over. I am extremely disappointed with your service and even more disappointed with the quality of the flowers sent to my wife for our anniversary.

Steven, We are sorry of your disappointment. You have ordered from us 8 times and as far as we are aware, this is this first time that you have been unsatisfied. We do feel that we need to clarify a few items you use to justify a 1 star review. As far as when your item was delivered. We can not guarantee exact requested times for arrangements to be delivered, however we do our best to accommodate them and most certainly before business hours. On any given day, we need to be at multiple places at the same time. There are special events, weddings, funerals etc. that we have to work around to get all items delivered in a timely manner. I am not sure of your issue with being placed on hold, as it takes a few minutes to look into the status of the order and it' proper phone etiquette ? Also, when you called in, the flowers were indeed on their way out for delivery . The driver was aware of the requested time and had ample time to get it there, however ran into some delivery snags. We continue t work on that from our end. Your item was delivered by 4:12 and the driver was told that your wife had not left yet. The confirmation was sent once the driver returned for the evening. You also referenced white flowers, however the arrangement you chose did not include any white flowers, so it's possible you are referencing peach stock ? either way, hopefully this helps to clarify some of your concerns. Due to your past patronage and your current displeasure, your delivery fee and tip has been refunded.

Kristin, I apologize you were disappointed in the size of your arrangement. The standard level for this arrangement is $35, which is one of our smallest and least expensive arrangements offered on our website. As seen in the photo on the website there are only 2 blue iris in the standard level arrangement. The upgraded arrangement had 5 iris in it, along with other additional flowers added. The size of the arrangement does not increase when upgrading; however adding more flowers increases the fullness of the piece. As a local family owned business we would hope a single experience would not result in a 2 star review and writing us off completely. Ordering online is a convenience for people. However, stopping in or making a phone call would certainly allow us the chance to better direct you to help ensure your money spent is stretched further.

I was very disappointed. I know that the arrangements will not not exactly like the picture I ordered from. This was not the issue. My issue is my arrangement was blah. There was no color scheme to make the arrangement pop. The only vibrant color is red. The color scheme was awful. It lacked creativity, the ability to mix colors. It was like having a plate of food that was bland and all the same color like mash potatoes and white beans with a rare steak and white bread. Not very appealing! What what have been a better meal would be orange carrots, yellow squash, nice spring mix salad and grilled salmon and pumpernickel bread. Now the meal might not sound good but it sure would look “Purdy” ( yes, I’m southern and this is our pretty) on a plate. What I ordered ( the arrangement made into a birthday cake) was predominantly white with a green base, a layer of red flowers, layer of orange flowers and a layer of purple with a yellow rose in the center. Bright, vibrant, appealing now what I got was predominately white (good) green base (good) red layer (good), very very faint peach color (poor choice looked like a dirty white), and a big yellow rose. Poor choice in color and then cheated me out of another color. I am highly disappointed and what made it so bad with tax and delivery it was $80 bucks! Worth $30. It’s not right. Please get someone with an eye for color and creativity. If the exact colors are not available so what get the next most vibrant color you have. What sells this arrangement is the creativity of it being formed like a cake and to use colors that pop. Every time I think about it, it just upsets me because it’s like some one didn’t care. Like they started out good, got in a rush and couldn’t find material and just threw something together. Very disappointed. Barbara

The flowers were exceptional, my wife loved them! The only issue I had was the company charged me $10 in addition to the delivery fee to ensure the flowers were delivered in the AM. I've bought many flowers over the years, but this was a first. For the principle of this $10 they lost my future business. I would reconsider this charge for customers in the future. It is a pure ripoff.

I thought the arrangement was nice but not full enough. It only had four small roses in the bouquet. The picture had 7 small roses and two large roses. There was only four roses total in the arrangement that was sent.
It was delivered in a timely manner. Just could have had more flowers in the bouquet.

I ordered bday flowers for my grandma to be delivered she got them handed to her soaking wet water all over box dripping on the floor and soaking her antique table. I mean it was as of a water hose went off. Never be ordering from here again .

Thank you for delivering on the same day as promised. Website was also very user friendly. However, I’m quite disappointed with the actual flowers delivered for the following reasons:
1. Flowers in photo are all pink but flowers delivered included a few red roses.
2. I opted for the Deluxe option and paid around $10 more so more flowers will be added to the arrangement. However, the actual one delivered had less flowers - it looks more like the Standard option.
3. Photo in the website had a vase included while actual delivery didn’t. I didn't see a disclaimer for this.

I wanted to send a follow up to a review I recently left. I had ordered flowers for a co-worker and was disappointed with the quality and overall presentation. The owners of Jacqueline’s called and immediately wanted to correct the situation. One thing that you can not guarantee is the life of a flower. And sometimes you may not get a perfect arrangement but when the situation is corrected it definitely goes along way. I told them it was not necessary to resend the arrangement but I felt I wanted to let them know....I explained that I would go back and correct the review and thanked them for calling. Well today I came home to a beautiful flower arrangement. I wasn’t looking for anything for free. I am a person that usually does leave reviews both good And bad. So I wanted to say THANK YOU. It was not

I'm pretty angry about the arrangement that this florist sent to my friend's funeral because the photo and listed measurements were much larger than the tiny, cheap-looking arrangement that was actually delivered. I spent $100 for the arrangement, tax, and delivery fee, yet what arrived looked like a $15 arrangement that looked completely ridiculous next to the other flowers that towered over it. I even purposely organized my search according to price (highest to lowest) to ensure that I didn't buy a cheap-looking arrangement, yet that obviously didn't help because what this florist created was an embarrassment. I will never make a purchase from this shop again because the products are way overpriced for what is actually produced, and this place misrepresents their products.

I have always had a great experience with Jacqueline's. This experience didn't start out the best but they made sure to make everything right and then some. When the delivery arrived, it wasn't the flowers that I had ordered. They remade the bouquet and redelivered within an hour. The new bouquet was beyond anything I could have imagined. It was great that they were able to deliver in the time requested and it was pretty. But it was EXTREMELY small. Ordered the premium size and before shipping ($11) spent 70.00 on this! This was for a co worker for a special thank you and was looking for it to be a big and full like the picture but bigger. The standard size on the website says "it will be delivered as pictured" so with spending the extra money I expected way more!
