Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with what was delivered. It looked nothing like the picture that was posted on the website that I ordered. It had a crazy Dr. Seuss look to it with sparkly red things sticking out of it. I have always been very impressed with the flowers from Ivy Cottage. But even the recipients were a bit taken back by the arrangement and sent a picture wondering if it was some type of joke. Not what I was going for.

I ordered the Premium version of the arrangement for my Mom's birthday. The delivery was made as requested (thank you), but the arrangement itself did not reflect the premium price. I was expecting the arrangement to be a little larger than it actually was and some of the flowers were already turning brown. There was definitely a difference in the quality compared to other arrangements that my Mom received that day that were ordered from other floral shops.

The prices are exceptional and beat cannon house by at least 15 to 20 bucks an arrangement. They do this without sacrificing quality. I told them my wife favorite color was purple. The yellow spray for the casket was not as big in size as we thought for the money, and the flowers were not a vibrant yellow. Some looked as if they were browning a little, and we were disappointed in how it looked. However, the Christmas wreath on the stand was beautiful.

The shape and colors of the final arrangement were as illustrated online. I understand the need to substitute flowers and stems that aren’t available at the time of the order, especially a last minute order. However, the palm that was used to replace the gladiolus and eucalyptus made the finished arrangement look cheaper than what I paid for it. The confirmation email said they’d be delivered that day and I would get notification. A text message indicated they were out for delivery but the recipient hadn’t received them. I originally only gave 2 stars for my order but have changed it to 5 stars. I ordered the Deluxe Bouquet which stated there would be 24 roses, however, only 12 were received. I contacted the company and they immediately sent my mother in law another 12 roses. I was very pleased with the service I received and my mother in law was over the moon with the beautiful flowers. This is the second time I have purchased from you. My first purchase exceeded my expectations. This purchase was woefully inadequate. I sent this arrangement because of the pickup truck container, significant because that's what I drive. What you delivered was a generic blue vase. If you had told me you had run out of trucks, I would have picked a different arrangement. Looks like I need to keep looking for a "go to" florist in Aiken. I am not happy!

I had used the Ivy Cottage for my wedding and for many years of arrangements sent to my grandmother but was not sure how the service was going to be now that Terry is not with us anymore but I could not have been more pleased! I ordered to Shades of Brilliance Bouquet for Mother’s Day but unfortunately they didn't have the wooden box which is part of its charm. I moved forward with same order but an altered arrangement. The dish garden was nice, but the flowers wilted in less than a day. No watering directions were included, and neither my wife nor I were aware of the tiny watering tubes stuck in the plant. I paid $20 to upgrade to "premium", which was a waste as the six included flowers were very ordinary, and far from "premium". I called to complain, and the sales associate said she would speak with the owner about my issues, but I still have not heard back from her or anyone else at Ivy Cottage. I will be taking my floral business elsewhere next time around.

Ordered this arrangement. They delivered it it a completely different container. Which was fine until i saw the flower that were actually delivered in the arrangement. There a very little greenery maybe 6 flowers with mainly white flowers. With ALOT of space! I was extremely disappointed. We used them for our wedding flowers and my husband uses them when he orders me flowers. I always highly recommend them, but now i will be telling people not to use them.

No, I did not like my recent experience with y’all. The card was poorly miss spelled and flowers were dead upon arrival. My wife was in tears when flowers arrived. Not only was this Valentine’s Day but was also our anniversary. Was very disappointed.

This was a next day delivery request, made online on Sunday. On Monday morning, they let me know via email that they didn't have the potted Gerber daisies, so I phoned them and learned that they had an assortment of cut Gerber daisies, so I asked them to make an arrangement of those, but specified that I didn't want any filler. They indicated that they could do that. However, the photograph my friend sent appears to show 2 yellow Gerber daisies, one red rose, fern stems, and several other mixed flowers. It was not what I asked for.

Living in New Jersey it is difficult to know where to order flowers for our relatives in Aiken and Graniteville SC.
