I would have given this 5 stars but they substituted the mini red roses with a smaller medium pink flower. The reason I purchased this arrangement was because I loved the mini red roses with the large pink roses. The florist gives 3 choices of size and I ordered the middle which i think was called Deluxe. Premium is the highest quality you can purchase. This florist is my favorite from this area. I live out of state.

The bouquet was lovely, but what really put this service at a five star was the customer service. I needed to add something to the delivery instructions and accidently called before opening. The phone was not only answered, but my request had been anticipated and was already handled. Also, the woman was incredibly kind and patient with a customer (me) who did not bother to look up opening hours before calling. I have used It Can Be Arranged before, and I will use them again.

Was delivered on time, same day. Beautiful flowers and arrangement but when you pay for the "deluxe" and get half the flowers that are in the "standard" picture, its disappointing. Happy to share pictures of what was delivered if you'd like to follow up.

They picture shown is wonderful and says it is the standard arrangement. I ordered the premium which is the next level up and says it's suppose to have more flowers in it. The arrangement that arrived had less flowers and a bow added which I did not care for. They usually do an outstanding job, but not this time.

Arrangement was very sparse and not as full as pictured. I understand there are variations and substitutions possible, which there was to the greenery and balloon, however, when the premium is paid for Valentine's Day, as well as, delivered, I expected better quality. Thank you for your time.

This is my FAVORITE florist in Evansville! They did a beautiful job with my mom's arrangement. It was very easy to pick the arrangement online, super easy to add customizations, and easy to schedule delivery. Once delivery was scheduled, it was super easy to update delivery location when our plans unexpectedly changed. They were fantastic and I will keep using them for every big occasion!
They also have a great show room if you run out of time and need something quick. It was super easy to make adjustments there, too.

The image on the site clearly states that the bouquet shown is standard size. What arrived (as a gift) was not even 1/4 of the size. It was pretty embarrassing.

I've always had great experiences with It Can Be Arranged, but this time the flowers were old, thin, and tired looking. The final product matched the specific number of flowers pictured, but did not come close to the fullness or beauty of the image. I wish they had contacted me to substitute colors or flower selections rather than use flowers which were not at their best.

Arrangement was of poor quality and quantity. Multiple flowers are already dying within hours of arriving. Leaves were in the water which might seem like a small detail but plays a part in the longevity of the arrangement. Multiple flowers were also discolored or browning. For the pricing it was definitely not worth it. Which anywhere else for the same price, would’ve been of both higher quality and quantity. It just seems like the florist who put my arrangement together either didn’t care or doesn’t understand the art and science behind arrangements. I would’ve done it myself but am currently out of the country due to military obligations and thought this would work but I was sadly and unfortunately mistaken. Given this is always a busy time for florist there is still no excuse for the execution and standard of which the failed to meet.

I am super impressed with the the quality and customer service (they went above and beyond for me on Valentine’s Day, aka their worst day of the year), and I think I may have found my new favorite florist!!!

Honestly I was embarrassed that this was delivered to my wife. It was not at all what I expected. I haven’t ever had issues with this florist, but I was absolutely disappointed with this arrangement.

EDIT: Annually, I order flowers for my daughter's first day of teaching (4th year, now). I've always received great service from you. My daughter gave me an incorrect count on the flowers as she was looking at a photo she'd sent me of the flowers (and was not actually counting them in person). She counted them in person and said there were 17 daisies and 6 carnations so we are pleased with the arrangement!! Pictures are deceiving (as I learned today)! Thank you!

Bouquet was incomplete on delivery. Called and the owner was nice on the phone. Offered to correct it by sending a replacement. However we were sent a dinky, small bouquet that didn't match expectations or the picture provided. Emailed them about it but never got a reply.
I've probably been disregarded as some a-hole or freeloader but we were just disappointed. I wish I took the refund when it was offered because I still didn't receive what was expected. They tried and that's apparent, so hopefully this is just a one-off experience and not the norm.

I was pretty pleased with my recent floral arrangement. It was densely packed with healthy blooms and greenery. I did ultimately trim the stems to give the arrangement a tighter form and rearrange the blooms and foliage to make it more appealing from all sides instead of having one side "be the back" where it was entirely green. Overall, I felt the arrangement was well put together and a good value, the changes I made were really about making it more to my personal taste.

The flowers were gorgeous! However, they would have never made it to my daughter because they were NOT delivered to specific unit at hospital that was clearly specified. They only reached her by an unusual set if events. This is not acceptable. She is a nurse at local hospital & I understand things are not "normal" due to COVID-19, but I even left special instructions. And what if she did not receive them? When I called the following day, would you have told me, yes they were delivered to said hospital & placed blame on the hospital? Then I would have been out $75 & my daughter would not have received her bday flowers. In my opinion, you need to update some policies & procedures!

The dark pink rosebuds slowly opened into full booms over about 10 days. The pink rose buds never opened and began to die in the first week. Overall the arrangement is beautiful and continues to provide enjoyment 2 weeks later.

I ordered a funeral arrangement online and was happy with the online process. I was able to choose an arrangement, create a card and have it delivered to the funeral home in time for the visitation. I ordered the premium package but by accident received the standard package. But the owner herself reached out to me and took wonderful care of me! I was amazed honestly. What I ordered for a friend was not the same that was on the website. She sent me a picture of the flowers. I was a bit disappointed I that her bouquet had a lot of daisies. There were no daisies in the pic that I ordered from....it just made the arrangement look cheaper.

I even paid a little more for "enhancements" which turned out to be what looked like Christmas greenery. Some of the roses were so small that they actually died before they could even fully bloom. Also the $12 chocolates I paid for was really upsetting not what was pictures at all and was the exact box you could get from Walmart for $5 or less. Very dissatisfied. The flowers were overall pretty. However, the Happy Birthday sign was not the one sent, which is what I was hoping for since it was for a birthday. One was sent that said Celebrate instead. Also, there were no pink Lilies or daisies , like in the photo. They were yellow instead which, again the flowers were in good shape, was just hoping for the pink shades, as pictured, for this person I sent them too.
