Sue Tindal
I have eight plus years of working with silk flowers, out of my home. I have had a goal of opening my own business one day. While, June 2019, I noticed that the local florist had closed their doors. So, I texted my husband, in response to letting him know that the shop had closed. He texted me back, only saying open one, about six months later the doors opened. The long journey to opening the shop in mid Dec. 2019, was great. We have been through our ups and downs up until now... Thank you for taking your time and reading this about me. It is hard to write about yourself. So, I hope to talk to you soon. I look forward to helping you with your floral needs.

Isanti Floral is a wonderful floral shop! During delivery my mom wasn’t home to receive the flowers so Sue called and we figured out an alternative so it was still a surprise for my mom. I was really disappointed. I ordered the perfect dozen thinking it would be grand for $150 dollars but I was wrong big time! I understand the substitution clause, but receiving baby breaths instead of seeded eucalyptus, spiral eucalyptus and salal is ridiculous. The wife hates baby breaths. I was going to call and complain but... My wife birthday also falls on Valentine's Day and I didn't want to wreck it any more after she found out how much I spent on this very average bouquet. I wanted these roses to be special and they weren't. Not only did she not receive anything remotely close to what I ordered for her other than the roses were red they were also very SHORT! I know I didn't order the long steam roses, but these rose are very average and are already limp and it's only been 2 days!!! We feel like we have been duped. On the positive side... at least they were delivered on the 14th before dark.

We needed to order flowers for a Guy Friend at work who just lost his mom. This bouquet was chosen because it was a bit more "Man" themed, colorwise. We chose to go with the deluxe upgrade and the bouquet was absolutely beautiful. The arrangement was nice and even throughout and the colors, smell & freshness of the flowers were amazing!! The staff from Isanti Floral are courteous and friendly. When my in-laws weren't home to take the flowers, the staff member called me right away to figure out a new plan. She was even willing to come back when I knew they were home! The floral arrangement was above my expectations and was beautiful and fresh!

Beautiful arrangement and delivered promptly. They had to substitute one of the filler flowers as they did not have it but this was communicated with me ahead of time and what they chose looked lovely. The only odd thing was that when I placed the order, it asks what you want written on the card and I had entered "Thinking of you today. I love you! and signed my name. Instead of writing my message out on a card, they used a card that had a preprinted "Thinking of You" and then with pen, they just wrote "today! I love you". It looked a little cheesy and lazy.

They didn't have what I ordered on their website. So they decided it was best to "substitute" instead of asking the customer. They sent a totally different item. Words straight for the florist (after I told them the mistaker): "due to the plants that my wholesaler had in stock, so I substituted several of the plants and added extra ones for the replacements of those that I was not able to get"

For $70, the "deluxe" arrangement I ordered looked absolutely nothing like the picture. In fact it barely resembled the basic arrangement. Also, the email I received said it had been "hand-delivered", a relief to me since it was a very hot day. But "hand-delivered" means left outside and a message on an answering machine.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
