I was disappointed that the arrangement came out very pink and green rather than the soft peach-y and white color palette I had ordered in the photo. I understand that there are substitutes based on supply and availability but it was a very drastic change.

Hello,
I was unable to verify if the "Spring Sonata" was good or bad. Unfortunately, the delivery did not make it to the recipient. The florist verified the delivery was made to the Apartment Complex, but the signature was not easy to interpret, and unfortunately the delivery never made it to the recipient. It is definitely not the florist issue, but maybe make sure in the future you can read who signed for the delivery.

I ordered this arrangement because of the soft colors- received a similar version with red berries and a bow -neither appear on the website. The red i/o pink kills the softness and the ribbon cheapens the look. It also had a front side and back side- my understanding, flowers should be evenly distributed throughout so they can be appreciated from every angle. I chose the mid price range- for over $100.00 and flower type it is extremely expensive. Kudos for accepting a change of delivery address last minute

The report from my mom is that it looks even better in person. She's in Coral Gables and I'm in Denver. Isa Entreflores is the closest thing to a "sure thing" that I've ever found when it comes to ordering flowers from out of town. Not to mention, the prices are super fair. I had a last-minute order I placed after hours for delivery (hopefully) the next day. Further, I was ordering from out-of-state. The online ordering process was amazingly simple. They even provided space for a note, so I requested a text when the flowers were delivered.
I received a confirmation email of my order immediately, again confirming delivery for the next day. Would it really be the next day, or the day after that, since the order was received after hours?
True to their word, they delivered a lovely arrangement the very next day! And bonus: they sent two pictures showing the flowers and where they were dropped off. I wish we had this kind of service where I live!

The flowers are even better than expected! The website was very user friendly and offered specific date delivery which is always appreciated. I called around 1:30 pm to be sure the order would be delivered today and someone answered on the first ring and confirmed. They also send a confirmation email when delivered - that's grade A customer service in my book!

I am completely pleased with these flowers and the perfect way my order was handled. I ordered them and asked they be delivered the next day before my sister checked into her hotel at the Biltmore. They were for her 80th birthday, and it was important to me that they be in her room when she and her husband walked in at noon. I noted this on my order and told them the Concierge at the hotel would be looking for them to arrive in the morning
The flowers were indeed waiting for her, as I'd requested, and they were absolutely gorgeous! My sister sent me a picture--and best of all, they were so beautiful she cried!! How good is that?~~~!!

I selected the 'Designer's Choice' and was nervous because I've seen other florists that use leftover material and flowers to create an underwhelming bouquet. This bouquet turned out great! It was large (even though I selected the normal size) and vibrant with a great smell. I'm very impressed and thankful that this florist was able to take a same-day order and make something amazing. Isa Entreflores is the best place to order flowers. I have ordered twice and both spoke with them for special requests. Once you order you get immediate confirmation and also an indication if there needs to be a substitution to your selection. This happened the second time I ordered and I was given great recommendations on what flowers would look best (better than what I suggested!). The first time I ordered I asked that they add a little something to a white arrangement and went with their advice. Both times the lucky recipient raved about the beauty of the arrangements. High-quality, personal service. A great business to support!

What arrived were white lilies instead of stargazer lilies. Calling the customer to ask if a substitution is ok would have been way more professional then just delivering anything. For something as personal as flowers sometimes the colors mean more than the actual flower. Pretty disappointed as the entire point of this order was stargazer lilies.

Completely different flowers were delivered, looks so cheap compared to what I ordered. I tried calling 5 times to resolve the issue , but no one picked up the phone and no one called me to ask if it’s ok with they will deliver different flowers. Paid over $100 I was expecting decent experience, but that’s not what I got. It was a reason I chose that particular orchid and it was supposed to be 4 times larger-looking from the photo they delivered very small sad looking pod. Never ordering from them again.

I was happy to find this florist in and out of state search online. They have a nice range of choices online for arrangements and easy ordering system. I like how email confirmations were sent at time of purchase and it was a relief to receive one at delivery ( on time). The recipient called to let me know how lovely the flowers were.

In Kensington, MD; ordered the Designer's Choice for my friend celebrating a birthday in Coral Gables. The flowers were stunning and delivered by midday. I wish there was not a $12 extra fee for delivery, but it was worth it (I would think $6 is reasonable if delivering to same district).
Regardless, my friend loved them! Thank you for the beautiful arrangement.
