Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (949) 653-2600, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

The person I spoke with over the phone was knowledgeable, experienced, professional, patient, kind and helpful in assisting me what kind of flowers I will need based on the event type. I needed the flowers within 48 hours and I was able to place the order over the phone. The Irvine Village flowers were efficient in delivering the flowers to the event. When the original color I requested wasn’t available, they quickly worked with me to find a great alternative. The delivery person, Crystal, went the extra mile to find the right department at the university campus, making 2 trips there and calling me to keep me informed. Great customer service! There were no flowers at the service, although I got an email confirming the flowers had been delivered. I also never received a picture from the delivery person that they were dropped off. So, hard to review on something that perhaps didn't happen.

Hello, we did make the delivery and as they do on most mornings, St. John’s was having a service at the time of delivery. Normally, when we are not able to get into the church, we are asked to leave the order next to the glass door which is right before the entryway into the chapel. The table in which it was left is under the photo of The Pope. This is where the church asks us to place it for any memorial services if we cannot get into the church. We unfortunately do not have a photo of the arrangement as it was not previously requested and our priority was to make sure that it got there a full one hour before the memorial service. If you require any more information, please reach out to us directly.

I had booked an order about a week prior to Valentine’s day since it usually does get crazier the closer to the actual date. I placed it for delivery to my girlfriend’s work office. Note that I didn’t pay extra for a specific delivery time due to the high cost of the package already and that she’s in-office from 8-5 pm. Received my order confirmation and that was that.
On Valentine’s Day however, I received no tracking number, email, or phone call (on her end) on the status essentially the whole day. My fault for assuming the flowers would be delivered around noon since the location seemed to be based in Irvine and my girlfriend’s office is also there. I tried emailing and contacting the shop but due to how busy they are on Valentines (this part I totally get but it still sucked), I didn’t receive a call back or any emails.
It was supposed to be a surprised delivery but due to not having any updates available, I went ahead and let her know to call expect a delivery sometime later in the day (this was around 3 pm when I told her).
Nothing was communicated to us until she already left work and WAS AT HOME until around 6 pm that day that flowers were being delivered. She received a phone call and a text message from the delivery person and then one of the employees at the shop I’m guessing.
I will say that they did offer to either attempt redelivery on the next day or Monday… in the end, we actually opted to get it delivered that same night at her home address (it ended up being delivered around 9 pm).
We finally received the flowers and if not for how beautiful these flowers were, I’d give this a 1 star. Plenty of other floral shops do deliver on time and do communicate promptly if there’s any delays. I decided to choose a new service this year (this shop had soooo many good ratings/reviews) and deeply regretted it.
Thank you for the beautiful flowers and attempt on such a busy day but I’d rather shop somewhere else if it’s not going to get delivered on time without another heavy fee. I should’ve booked the order earlier if anything but one week prior to the date is still much better than the day before or the same day…

Overall the arrangement was nice, flower selection was as described. My only peeve was that the floral felt underserved from the order placed. There were 2 options when selecting the arrangement. Standard and Deluxe. It honestly looked very standard. If the one they delivered actually a deluxe, then I wouldn't want to imagine what the actual standard one actually would look like. I am certain it would be a bit disappointing. It was my first time ordering from here and I mainly picked this one for the Vase. My Fiance really liked the vase so that's a plus. Just wished it had slightly more volume. Nice flowers though. They were definitely hand picked.

Hi, I'm not sure what happened and I know it was a very busy day but according to the recipient the driver delivered the flowers to the Nanny and then handed her the note. She didn't know that it was the note that should have been on that stick in the flowers so she put it on the counter. I got a text from my girlfriend that afternoon asking if the flowers were from me? Puzzled, I said yes. Being there was no note attached I gather her daughter thought they were from her boyfriend. Later that next day the nanny handed the note to my girlfriend but it was kind of a mess. She did say the arrangement was very nice though.

I called to confirm that there would be no major substitutions. Lilly checked, assured me that they had all the flowers needed. She mentioned one change. Instead of a plastic container they're using a glass container. For me, glass is more sustainable (recyclable) than plastic. So, that was good.

The roses we sent are a premium Ecuadorian garden rose called Art Deco which is a rose with outer fuchsia petals and gradually gets lighter towards the center with the very center being a medium pink. Our notes indicated “high end fuchsia roses” and our designer noted that it should be sourced from Ecuador. I have emailed you a photo of the actual arrangement that was sent and also a stock photo of the variety of rose. I asked to have a bigger basket of flowers, I paid extra, instead of having more flowers, the flowers were spread out more. The basket looked half empty. I do not recommend this flower shop.

We originally ordered the Tulips bouquet, but the owner called to let us know that they weren't able to source tulips that were up to their standard (Which I really appreciated their attention to quality). The young lady English is not her first language. She attempted to contact the store a few times. Each time it was extremely upsetting to her. She felt the staff treated her poorly. I am very dissatisfied with my recent purchase. I ordered 3 dozen roses for my wife for her birthday. The roses were delivered last week on Thursday and by Monday are all dead! The heads of the roses are hanging over and limp. This is drastic contrast to the 2 dozen I had delivered for Valentine’s Day, which lasted 2 weeks. My wife knows how to take care of roses to keep them looking beautiful, changing water, cutting the ends diagonally, etc. We might need to try and recommend another florist. This was a large purchase for short term enjoyment.

I thought that was pretty nice of them. My daughter said when it arrived, the doorbell rang. Thinking it was just another big box delivery, they ignored it. I have to say the picture did not look as attractive as the picture at left in your advertisements. There seemed to be much more greenery and fewer of the bright orange flowers. You asked if you could add a few different flowers and I did say yes..not knowing that you would add pink and purple ones, ugh!
