I was a bit disappointed with the arrangement I received. It didn’t quite look like the photo online. One side was full and nicely arranged, but the other side looked sparse—as if they were running out of flowers. There was even a noticeable bald spot that really took away from the overall look.

Absolutely ideal experience. First time client, can’t recommend enough!

The flowers were gorgeous and I loved that I got photos of the actual bouquet, before delivery and on the doorstep. It meant I didn’t have to worry or bother a mourning family to see if it came and looked alright.

I saw it in person a couple days later and it was certainly beautiful, fresh, and colorful. Worth my money.

Wow! This is a wonderful florist. I live in Minnesota and was leaving flowers for my wife who was visiting a friend in Orange County. She loves tulips and that's what I ordered. I had a great experience buying from Irvine Florist Marketplace! I purchase flowers several times a year and have used the typical national services since I am not in the area but, it’s not been the best experience! Spending over $100 for a bouquet and getting a picture from the person you sent them too and the flowers are skimpy or not anything like pictured is disheartening to say the least but that was not the case here!

I also want to say how impressed I was with the delivery, I was shocked the flowers were ordered in the morning and delivered before lunch, IMPRESSIVE! It was also great getting updates on the process of my order and getting a photo at the time of delivery and seeing the flowers were actually like they were pictured in fact maybe even a bit nicer than pictured!

I will definitely be using you again in the future when sending flowers in your service area! Thank you!!

Overall, fantastic flowers, amazing service, and great professionalism. It was really really nice to be able to order for same day delivery. The very professional confirmation of delivery was nice too - your emails have a style that is very pleasing in addition to being professional.

I also appreciated the acknowledgment that there is a bouquet temperament that would be matched. So many times, ordering flowers online is a hard choice because it's not clear whether florists understand or honor this concept. My recipient was very thrilled with her bouquet and sent me many photos of it. I liked the execution of colors and flower/plant types.

Although I paid for the standard bouquet, I was surprised to see how many flowers she received. I will gladly recommend your shop to anyone in the area.

I ordered flowers for a friend that was at Kaiser off Alton in Irvine through the website, website was easy to use and loved the arrangements that were posted. Next morning, I was notified that my friend was being released same day the flowers were supposed to be arriving. I made a very frantic call to the flower shop and left a voice mail message. I got a return call immediately from Irvine Florist marketplace and the nice lady told me that they would process the order immediately and deliver it right away. This review is coming six months late but is no less sincere-- five stars for an utterly gorgeous arrangement and wonderful service.

The arrangement I ordered in December, 2021 was for a dear friend on the first anniversary of her mother's death. Her mother was renowned for her gentle spirit, her kindness, and her inner and outer beauty. Having been fortunate to know this lovely mother, I could see that the basket of delicate and gorgeous white and pink peonies and roses were the perfect match for her essence.

My friend let me know that this was the most beautiful basket of flowers she had ever received, and it moved her deeply at a sad time. This was heartening to hear, as it was the most beautiful basket of flowers -- indeed, the most beautiful arrangement of any kind -- that I had ever seen also!

Irvine Florist was easy to work with. I place my order online and received a mock-up of my greeting card and confirmation of my delivery address. Upon delivery, I received a delivery confirmation email, as well. The recipient sent me a picture of the bouquet and it resembled the online photo of the bouquet I chose, however, there were several leafy greens in the delivered bouquet and none in the online photo. This was a minor issue and would definitely order with them again.

I was not sure how I would know for certain if they received my order and if the flowers would in deed be delivered. I was going to call to verify, however I received a text with a photo of the arrangement they had put together notifying me the arrangement would go out for delivery soon. I love that they sent a photo so I could see if the flowers would in fact be similar to the photos on the website. They were very similar and beautiful! I also received a text later that day from the delivery driver to let me know the flowers had been delivered. So happy with the service and the quality of flowers from this company! I would highly recommend!

12/30/2020 Update: In response to my recent concern, Mario promised to refund the payment for the two peonies that did not meet the customer's expectation. I appreciate this owner's willingness to correct this situation and I am thankful I chose to support a local business during this time.

In fairness, when the bouquet was received I was pleased with the presentation and the convenient delivery; especially during Covid.

I would have ranked this 4/5 stars because the description stated I was paying for 10 peony stems and only received 9, which was disappointing. Of the nine, eight were pure white and the last was a sad gray. In the end, paying close to $200 for flowers that did not open up should be addressed professionally.

This was the first time I purchased a floral arrangement from florist market place. I have nothing but great things to say from ordering online to the delivery of my order. I asked for the same day delivery and added a note. They delivered the flowers with the time frame I requested it, flowers We’re beautiful and looked exactly like what I ordered online, and the note was printed and written perfectly on a card. Overall i am 100% satisfied and impressed with the service. Highly recommended!

Arrangement was bought sight unseen from out of state for my Mother's Birthday. After the Bouquet was assembled, I received a picture and a text message letting me know the Flowers were being delivered. Who does that? Apparently Irvine Florist Marketplace does. Very happy with Mario and the Team from Irvine Florist Marketplace! I called from out of state 20 minutes prior to the same day delivery deadline asking if Mario could assure me a same day delivery. He told me it would be no problem and managed to make a custom arrangement and deliver by 5pm. If only all businesses worked with the same sense of urgency and customer focus!

You guys are great. I tried for 4 days with Teleflora to get flowers delivered to my daughter for Mother's Day and they kept telling me that they couldn't contact the florist in her area to have them delivered. So 2 days AFTER Mother's Day I finally got ahold of you people and you delivered them that day.

Customer service was great-- delivered on time, and was able to change the delivery date for me last minute because I realized my family would not be home. I really appreciate it.

The only issue was that some flowers were not fresh and the arrangement could have been nicer.

I ordered for Mother's Day, so I believe it may have been hard to get the pictured flowers, but the colors were not the same. The roses were lighter pink like the lilies, and there were dark purple flower additions instead of light purple.

The flower bouquet did not match my expectations. While the flowers and arrangement is beautiful, the bouquet seems to be smaller than advertised. I paid for the premium option and now I wonder how different really is from the standard option.

The above bouquet does not match the picture on the website. It is extremely misleading. We were very disappointed. We chose your website because you have great reviews and expected better service than this. I spoke with someone after i placed the order due to an edit that needed to be made and they were absolutely lovely and very helpful. I was very disappointed to find that the flowers delivered were not the flowers ordered.

First off, thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m really sorry that your item didn’t meet your expectations. The substitution policy comes into play on some orders depending on availability and cannot be avoided, although we fell short communicating this to you prior to delivery, and for that, we apologize.

In the future, I’ll make sure that we take extra steps to ensure that doesn’t happen again. The last thing we want to do is let our customers down, especially now in the middle of mother's day week and moving forward.

Delivery was quick and efficient. Due to the Covid19 issue the florist was out of some tulips. Based on this they recreated their design and included more expensive flowers and made a warm and elegant design. A nice addition for a friend who’s mom had recently died. Nice job.
