I bought the deluxe option for my mom's birthday and she loved them. I am told they smell exquisite, and a few extra blooms were included that kicked it up a notch. The add-on gift basket (fromagerie) was an excellent value. Larger than expected and with a tasty selection of cheeses and crackers. Very pleased.

Timely delivery. However the arrangement was stopped to be all pink flowers. What arrived was a mix of colors including several yellows and maroon. If what was delivered matched what was ordered I would have provided a better rating.

While the arrangement that arrived at my friend’s home on Saturday was nice, it was not anything like what I asked for in the special instructions. I wrote a very detailed description of what I would like, including making peonies the main flower. I could not see one peony in the photo I was sent. I also asked for pale pink and instead it looks like lavender and blue. I wish someone would have called me to talk about it. I called the store, wrote an email and wrote a detailed description with my number included but no one ever responded to me. I was so excited when I saw the beautiful work on your Instagram page. I even referenced one of those arrangements as what I would like. You said peonies were in season so I thought that would be an easy request. I am very disappointed. Wish there was some way to rectify this. I will be following up.

The arrangement arrived with yellow roses and if you are going to see the arrangement I chose, it dies t even gave any yellow rose.
This is not good business.

Arrangement is nice, but they substituted yellow roses instead of cream roses. Also, delivery was rather late in the day (this was pre-ordered two days in advance).

My experience with In the Garden was excellent. The flowers were beautiful and really liked they give you little tips to keep them alive. Delivery driver was very accommodating. I was not able to be home when they first arrived so they didnt leave the flowers out in the cold and were very kind when finding another time that worked for me. Would recommend In the Garden to friends and family.
