Delivered on time…absolutely beautiful!
I had recently received an arrangement of flower from my friends that had been purchased at your store. They were beautiful and have lasted well.
This week I neede flowers to put on the grave of a family member and thought of getting them from
your store. The arrangement was beautiful and
am pleased that I received them on time and the flowers and white basket were as I had reqested.

I've ordered the Designer's Choice bouquet twice as a gift for my grandparents - both times the bouquets have been absolutely stunning and delivered with great care. The surprise of what they're going to pick is also super fun!

Great service, arrangements always very similar to photos.
Sorry to say the bouqet for my daughtger's memorial service was very pretty when we picked it up, but did not last long. Within 24 hours it began to wilt and fade even though it was kept cool. Flowers were not fresh. So sad at a time when spirits needed to be lifted.
Fresh and lovely very colorful, a moderate size bouquet good for a coworker or small area.

Easy to order, the flowers were really well received but I have no idea what they would look like before I purchased them, it was a complete guess as to what I was getting.
I have a friend that lives in Keene and wanted to send her flowers. I was *not* going to use one of the big online services again as I have been burned every time.
When I saw this florist and there were not a lot of choices of flowers I said “what do I have to lose?”

Very disappointing for the money. Looking at a picture of the flowers that cost nearly a hundred bucks, they would have sold for £10 in a gas station in the UK but maybe everything is overpriced in the States now.
I ordered online on a Sunday for a delivery the next day. I received a picture from the recipient early Monday. They were beautiful. The flowers looked so fresh and she said they smelled wonderful. Thank you.

I would not order via internet. The flowers were not delivered when requested. When I called, no one said sorry, just “we didn’t have time to deliver them”. Then why ask for a delivery day? Kind of ruins the whole experience when they aren’t delivered on the right day.
My order was placed April 25th for delivery on May 2nd for my daughters 40th birthday. We were going to be in and out all day so I left a note on the front door to please leave on the porch if no answer. By the time I got their email saying sorry we missed you and couldn’t deliver and called them, she said their Driver had already gone home for the day! So they are supposed to be delivered today but it’s 12:30 pm and nothing so far. We are located exactly 1 mile from this florist! They just lost my Mother’s Day order!
