I ordered this on line and from Indiana for a granddaughter that is working in MO. It arrived when it was scheduled, which I was so glad about. But it didn't come with this cute cup. The cup is the main reason I ordered this arrangement. I was wanting her to have something she could use and remember that she was missed and loved. The vase that was chosen was yellow and cute, but wished it came with the cup. :(

Nothing wrong with the product per se, but that the ordering process allowed me to place the order, charged $20 for delivery (perfectly reasonable, as it’s the next small town over). Instead, they cancelled because it was a 30 min delivery and didn’t tell me… so my mom just didn’t get flowers on her 50th birthday. Communication goes a long way. Or set parameters with online ordering so this doesn’t happen.

It was delivered on time but it did NOT resemble the photo from the order form. Color scheme was correct I guess but it was lackluster from what we thought we had purchased.

Delivery Details & Tips

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
