Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Overall a beautiful arrangement. But very disappointed with the largest and most prominent flowers in this arrangement: three tiger lilies, had fully opened by the time they reached our family members, I don’t think they’ll last for more than 2 days. We paid around $100 for this arrangement, would hope it would last for much longer and the lilies weren’t at their max bloom. ---- Florist Response: There is a misunderstanding here. I consider all my customers as my own family members, so I do all the best for them. The lilies that I used were not regular Asiatic (Tiger) ones; they were Oriental lilies which were fragrant, big and long-lasting. The blooms were even not fully open. I know you spent a lot of money and deserve to have a good quality product. I hope you understand my explanation and thank you so much for supporting my shop. Huntington Flowers.
