The process was simple and the ladies were amazing! I ordered the bouquet off the website. The day to be delivered they call and tell me another person had purchased the exact same bouquet and offered to change it slightly to make it unique. Hudson Flower Shop never disappoints! I've ordered arrangements in the past from other florists online, and the finished product is pretty, but usually doesn't look as nice as the picture I ordered it from, and I don't feel like it was worth the money I paid. Hudson flower shop on the other hand, exceeds my expectations and the florals always look even better than the picture. Communication is great as well. I like to spend money local, and make a point to go directly to their website to order from. They do a wonderful job.

Driver had to call recipient because he couldn't find the address even though it was the correct address. It was $22 to drive 2.2 miles from your address $22 seemed alot so i did gps to see how far it was. If i can find the address and your shop using gps in a city i don't know how poorly trained is your delivery driver? No gps? I have no clue what was delivered but told laci cried when they were delivered. But why should recipients have to give detailed instructions to driver? Yet i tipped him $10 and change for delivery so $32 for 2.2 miles and he got lost is this good for business? I do understand gas is expensive and wages have double since covid. I also understand it is very difficult to find anyone who wants a job, most these days just want a paycheck. My wife was a manger for patient food delivery in a hospital and we talked about this several times. At the end of the day this needs to be better for your business to thrive. Thank you

I did speak with him about your concern and he stated he did have to call because his GPS was directing him to turn on a street that did not make sense to him. He apologizes for his goof. Our driver Daryl said that he had a nice chat with the person who received the flowers and apologized to him for the call. I appreciate your feedback and will certainly share your concern with our delivery staff.
Also I did check into your order and you were charged our standard delivery fee of $15. (I wanted to make certain that we did not charge you incorrectly). Thanks again for making us aware and being patient as we get your flowers delivered.

I was notified on April 30 that the flowers were delivered May 2 (the desired date). Confused, I called and they admitted their error, but my delivery was actually delivered May 2. I felt that while I tried to work with a local business, the order was actually filled by someone else - Bloomination (whoever that is). More transparency would be nice.

Order menu showed many more blooms. Asked for 3 small white carnations to balance the two red tulips in creation. They provided 3 button carnations and when my sister asked for a big white mum to make it pop she was refused. It was beautiful but all greenery aesthetically You have done better. I expect more in the future as I love supporting my surviving hometown business!
The shop refunded half the purchase price. I am sure next time will be better!

The service was good, but the “bloomsnap” that was provided prior to delivery was not the actual arrangement that was delivered, which was confusing and sort of a let down. I don’t understand the purpose of providing a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery if it isn’t what is actually being delivered. I was beyond pleased with the ease with which I was able to order and get a lovely floral arrangement (and Knokes chocolates) delivered to my loved one who is in the hospital. I needed same day delivery so was grateful to know that was an option. I wasn’t expecting a picture of the final product but that was superb — not only was the arrangement beautiful (even nicer than the picture of what I ordered), it assured me the recipient was getting a quality arrangement. (Unfortunately it is not uncommon for there to be a disparity between the picture of the item I order and what ends up being delivered). Hudson flower shop gets five stars from me!

I was charged a delivery fee of $15 for flowers that were not delivered. I called and spoke with a Chris who informed me that "the driver attempted to deliver them so you will not get a refund for the delivery fee". She had explained to me that the driver attempted to call the recipient of the flowers but no answer. The standard procedure for delivering flowers is usually to make contact with the recipient to schedule a delivery time or give a time frame (window) of when the shop plans to deliver the flowers so that one can be home to receive them. I feel this is poor business and not maintaining a commitment to deliver as promised. I used your Flower shop and avoided using a big chain flower company as I feel it is important to give small businesses local business. Reluctantly, I will not be giving your shop my business again. I was disappointed in the arrangement and will probably not be ordering from here again. The flowers were ordered on a Monday and picked-up on Wednesday. It did not look anything like what was posted on the website - not in the colors or number of flowers in the arrangement. The day after receiving the flowers, many were drooping already and when the flowers were removed to change the water, the water was green and slimy! It had to have been sitting for days in order for the water to get that bad. Needless to say, the bouquet did not make it through the weekend. I understand arrangements may look different than pictured, but for the price paid, what I received should have lasted longer than a few days.

This is my second time using Hudson Flower Shop and I can genuinely say they're the best shop I've ever used. For years I used a certain well known website to have flowers delivered to friends and family, but I then realized using local florists is a much better route. I found Hudson Flower Shop through a quick search, and after reading reviews and seeing their arrangements, I decided they were the best and they definitely showed they are the best! I was able to select same day delivery for a very small fee, my opinion anyway, and within hours of purchase I was sent a photo of the exact arrangement that was to be delivered. That was an unexpected, but very appreciated surprise! My last order was a tropical arrangement, and I received a phone call that they were out of those flowers but I could wait and have it delivered a couple days later when they received their shipment or have a different arrangement done of similar price, I chose to have a different arrangement made. It was absolutely gorgeous, and our friends that received the flowers were so pleased, they sent us several photos and thank you messages. I can't recommend Hudson Flower Shop enough, for their arrangements, customer service, and delivery options. LOVE!

I was very disappointed in this order this time. We have had many flowers delivered in the past and have been very satisfied. But not this time. First the arrangement looks nothing like the photo on your website (if the arrangement isn't going to be that exact arrangement it should be mentioned in the description) Why have a photo on the website if that is not what you will be sending. I specifically choose this one because of the vase and the amount of beautiful colored flowers. Instead I get a cup vase instead along with a lot more greenery than flowers. Not to mention the big green round things placed right in the front adding more green to the arrangement than actual color. There is plenty of green in the arrangement with the leaves from the other flowers. Not happy with this at all.

I’m very disappointed in the arrangement especially considering I selected the option to “enhance” my selection for an additional $10 and asked if it were possible to add a few extra roses. Then come to see there are no roses at all. Like not even the single rose as shown in the standard offering. This is the second time this has happened to me at Hudson Floral. I enlisted Hudson Flower Shop to send flowers to my aunt's funeral since I'm out of town and couldn't be there. The original design I chose had a dark, rustic-like base. When Hudson Flower Shop sent me this photo I requested the base be changed to better reflect the design I chose. The revised design was finished with a square, wooden base in a dark, warm tone which, to me, better reflected the name of the design. I was very pleased with the results and so were the recipients. I was so impressed with Hudson Flower Shop! I ordered flowers for a funeral that I was not able to attend. The selection on the website was wonderful. However, what impressed me most was that I received a photo of the actual flowers! They were stunning, and I felt very confident in what I was sending. This same week I sent flowers to another funeral (in a different town) and when I arrived at the wake I was embarrassed at the flowers that were sent in my name. Website: Easy to use interface. Simple transaction. Not too overwhelming with all these floral options. There is confirmation of delivery, and a photo of the floral arrangement sent to you before it’s delivered to ensure it’s accurate to what you ordered.

Availability: I ordered a floral arrangement on a late Wednesday night, and Hudson Floral Shop was able to ship the arrangement the next day.

Quality: The floral arrangement looked even better than pictured. The delivery person took it upon himself to call my sister to see if there was a way he could put the flowers indoor to prevent them from wilting in our cold November nights. They care about their products, and ensured that the flowers were delivered fresh and unharmed. That gesture was paramount, because even though these were “just” flowers, the meaning and intention behind sending them to a loved one was a heartfelt symbol of our recent loss of a family member, and the extra care Hudson Flower Shop took to make this happen so professionally honored our family’s time of mourning. I ordered this arrangement, including an upgrade online for my mother in law. The arrangement was very similar to the photo that was sent to me via email. However, this arrangement lasted not even a couple days!! After visiting with my mother in law today (which is One week after the flowers were delivered) she let me know that most of the blooms in this arrangement wilted after a day, the rose blooms wilted and started falling off 2 days after receiving it and everything but the small lilies had to be thrown by day 3 after delivery!! This is unacceptable!! I spent close to $100 for this arrangement and it didn’t even last a few days???? What is going on?? Very disappointing and my mother in law has been communicating to her fellow neighbors and friends not to ever buy anything from Hudson Flower in the future!!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with ordering flowers.
I live out of state and ordered online.
It was easy and got a confirmation right away. I ordered the flowers the night before and were delivered by 11:00am the next day. Wow! I live in California with a two hour difference. Just amazing!

I have been happy with Hudson Flower Shop in the past, but was very disappointed this time. The flowers were all the same color, and looked very bland. I ordered these flowers for my Mother's 70th birthday, and was hoping they would be a lot more lively, but instead, the bouquet was a huge let down. My Mother said she likes them, but it was hard to tell if she actually did like them. I think she was slightly disappointed as well.

Ordered two arrangements online for significant funeral, including the deluxe version of the Northwoods Modern. What was sent looked like a droopy, thrown together mess. The “deluxe” upgrade had exactly one more rose, but half the colored eucalyptus, no seeded eucalyptus at all, far less greens (that were wilted, droopy and had brown spots), and the two branches were the exact same size vs the eye-catching and interesting two sizes as pictured online.
The other arrangement looked better but substituted lilies for the orchids that were specifically mentioned in the description, which was a huge disappointment since the orchids were the whole reason I chose the Stately Elegance for the other arrangement. Heartbroken to see what was sent & would not order again.

The ordering process was simple, their base price for arrangements was shown in the images (rather than advertising with the premium arrangements like other sites that leave you to wonder how pathetic the lower priced arrangement might look like), and they were able to deliver the next day. On an unrelated note, I did unsubscribe from your newsletter after receiving a solicitation promoting International Women's Day. The day, which was established by the United Nations in the 1970's, has its roots in American Socialism and Russian Marxism in the early 20th Century. It is now lauded as a growing feminist holiday. Part of what brought my wife and I together was our shared opposition to such movements and their underlying values. While I appreciate Hudson Flower Shop's desire to make the most out of any day of recognition to generate revenue, I hope you will understand that this day is in fact antithetical to a no less high view of womanhood that finds its grounding outside the scope of secular humanist convention and norms.

Flowers were ordered for my wife for our wedding anniversary 1 day in advance to deliver locally in Hudson. Delivery was completed at 12:35PM next day (much later then I anticipated). Over half my wife's workday was complete before receiving her flowers making it look like I forgot to send them and scrambled at the last minute. when I got home that evening there were a few flower petals outside leading up to the front door and not because she was leaving me a welcome home trail to follow but because the roses were already loosing their petals.
The roses cost $90.00 and were dead in less that 1 week.

I ordered flowers for a gender reveal all the way from Hawaii! The website allowed me to choose Sunday and it was so perfect because that is when I was doing the reveal in hi! The next day I received a phone call explaining they don't deliver Sunday's but they could do it the next day. Obviously I was a bit upset and tried to explain my situation. Experience was fine. Expensive but fine. One comment, when I placed the order, I think one of the choices was to include a handwritten note to included with the delivered flowers. The note attached to the flowers was just additional printing on the same piece of paper that provided the watering/feeding instructions. And the message was printed in essentially the same font as the rest of the instructions. The message was conveyed okay; it's just that the method of delivery was not what I expected based on how the offer to leave a note was presented at the time of order.

This worked out very well. They sent me a picture oof the arrangement before they delivered it. Then sent me a email when it wasdelivered. The recipent loved it. She said it was absolutely stunning. It was a little different than the picture but they used fresh cjurrent flowers. I was very pleased. Will use them again should the need arise.

I was VERY impressed. I love that you sent a picture of the plant that you delivered and then you sent me an email telling me that it was delivered.
