I am extremely disappointed with the floral arrangement that was received. I paid for a premium arrangement, but the final product was mostly greenery. To make matters worse, the arrangement looked nothing like the picture advertised. This is the second time I’ve experienced this issue, and it will definitely be the last. I expected much better quality for the price and am very dissatisfied with the lack of attention to detail.

I ordered online, for same-day delivery. I wasn’t familiar with the local business (I live out of town), and just selected a local vendor listing. The arrangement arrived early in the day and was fresh and beautiful. I received a notification that the delivery was made, which is great when you are sending flowers! I was not too pleased with the premium spray. I felt the flowers were sloppily arranged on the frame and the cross was off center which made it hard to see. There was not a sufficient amount of blue flowers. I would not recommend this arrangement Eternal Grace Spray.

The football helmet I picked up left much to be desired. Unlike the advertised sample the team logo was not painted flowers but rather a computer print out. I was in fact told they would do an Eagles helmet without a problem, I was not informed prior that it would be printed out. When I voiced my disappointment via texts, respectfully, I was blocked and nothing was done to remedy the situation. Very disappointed. Would not recommend a custom order from here.

The flowers I ordered were certainly not what was delivered. This was a birthday surprise and it fell short of my expectations. I chose Hudson Florist because I’ve used them in the past and was happy with the final product. This was more green and very little flowers and not vibrant as the photo depicts. The sun flowers were welted and the arrangement was overall underwhelming.

Very disappointed with this vendor. I specifically mentioned to have the flowers delivered at specific time and they did not do it. The person who answers the phone is absolutely rude. Prior to placing this order I had asked for it to be made into a bigger arrangement and she didn't want to help me, said to do it online and hung up on me. So I wrote the instructions online, but she didn't respond to me until Saturday, when she sent me an email to my work address, and i didn't see it. Didn't bother to call me on my cell. I called again today and got the same rude person, hung up on me AGAIN. So she did not upgrade the order after all. NEVER. AGAIN. This florist does not know how to treat its customers.

I placed an order for a friend who recently lost her husband. It was her anniversary, so I wanted to surprise her with a note and some roses to acknowledge the date. I asked for red roses in a cylinder with some Christmas greens and white wax flower. My friend received a round ball of a mishmash of colored flowers with no Christmas screens, and no red even added into the bouquet. I highly recommend calling any other florist but this one in Jersey City.

The flowers were not as good expected. I ordered an online delivery of Telefora’s smile awhile for a special individual and he was delivered very old and dried flowers.
They did not look good or anywhere near as pictured.
It was extremely disappointing considering the price of the flowers ($90).
I wouldn’t recommend this florist.
It seems they’re more interested unloading unused and old flowers rather than providing a Quality product.

The arrangement was pretty but wasn't the same as the photo - substituted another green sprig for ivy, substituted pink edged white roses for white roses, and sparse purple flowers. I would not have chosen this arrangement if I'd known how it was going to be interpreted in real life. I also ordered a florists' choice bouquet and it was much more beautiful.

The transaction was smooth, however, I thought the money tree looked tiny, so I wanted to upgrade to a different plant since it was very expensive. I was told that the owner wasn’t there and that she can’t help me. After some pushing, she finally said that I could change my plant to a different one, but that I could only pick a $20 one. I paid $65 for my plant.
In the end, I decided to just take the money plant. Was not happy about this experience, but at least the money plant looks good and healthy.

The flowers were crisp and beautiful. They were a wonderful imaginative collection of blooms, very well arranged. It made exploring the arrangement fun.

I ordered flowers from Hudson Florist because the arrangements they showcased on their website were beautiful. I selected the Teleflora's Burgundy Bliss arrangement for my partner. The positive was that Hudson Florist delivered before the time that I suggested, which was 4:00pm, and I ordered the arrangement at 7am. When the arrangement was delivered, most of the flowers had not bloomed, so I was excited to see them bloom. However, they was not the case, which leads me to the negative. The flowers died in 4 days before they fully bloomed. I paid $75 for a floral arrangement and they died in 4 days before they all bloomed. It was not worth the investment and I will not be ordering flowers from Hudson Florist again. And yes, I watered the flowers, when it was needed. Also, the arrangement did not come with any instructions or food. It was truly a waste of money and my time.

The flowers were nice but didn’t arrive until the end of the day (almost 5 pm) had it come any later my wife would have left work. I tried to call the store many times to get an ETA but no one picked up. Years past it never took this long for the flowers to arrive

Easy to order online and delivery was received by the recipient on the correct day. Although the arrangement did end up looking different from the online picture, it was beautiful and conveyed the right sentiment.

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend by having flowers & balloons delivered to her when she's under the weather.
Firstly, balloons were never delivered.
Second, my girlfriend told me that the delivery guy was extremely rude to her and her roommate. What kind of unprofessional behavior is this? He was being rude, arrogant and was murmuring some BS.
I want the balloons delivered today or a refund as soon as possible. Hate to say it, but I did not expect such boorishness from a flower delivery shop.

Have been ordering from this place for a long time. The quality of flowers is definitely top notch. Best part is pictures exactly match to what is delivered. The only thing I will say is that prices are on the higher side. Probably they should provide discounts to loyal customers.

Flowers were nice but I order an upgrade for a bigger arangment and it still looked small. Not worth the price. Plus charged me 10.00 for shipping which was a few block walk.
