Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (937) 689-6325, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

The standard offering consists solely of the plant itself. If your plant included roses, it would indeed be classified as deluxe, as roses are exclusively included in our deluxe or premium options. The plant varieties are diverse and unique, meaning they will not exactly match the photo; rather, they form a mixed dish garden presented in a ceramic container. I hope this clarifies any confusion you may have had.

Hello, we do print our note cards year-round, but from last year's customers' feedback, we decided this year for Valentine's Day to handwrite all notes and keep them hidden in envelopes addressed to the recipient so not everyone can read the notes.

Rest assured, we always strive to complete orders within their specified time frames. 2. Regarding the blooms, we intentionally sell them in a closed state so that they can bloom beautifully in your home and last even longer. Hello Angela, our hand bouquets start at $35 usually and vases starting at $45.
Your order was A Special we were running this week for a $25 hand bouquet.
It is filled to value with only 5-10 stems of flowers including fillers.
So yes that was filled to its value.
As for leaving the flowers outside.. Yes we do leave them outside, and call the customer to let them know! Unless in the special instructions it is noted otherwise. :) thankyou for the feedback non the less

Hello Reuben, your order was placed at noon.. the day of Valentines Day (our biggest holiday of the year) .. Our website shouldn’t have even accepted orders that day, and for that I apologize but please be a little understanding.. We had it delivered the next day with a complementary chocolate on the side.. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
