Disappointed that 2 of the flowers shown in the picture, tulips and orchids, were not included in the arrangement. Both should have been available and in season. Second, very disappointed in the actual size of the arrangement. Initially was going to purchase the deluxe but ultimately bought the premium. Glad I did because it was much smaller than I imagined, and at a total price of $450.

These flowers were beautiful and fresh and the delivery was timely. I think some people feel that if you do florist choice then you get the flowers that are expiring or that they need to get rid of… but that hasn’t been my experience. I find that when you let the florist use their creativity and design the arrangement as they feel for the occasion, then the arrangement is always lovely.

The leis were beautiful and the employees are very accommodating!! I ordered multiple single leis online and got a call from Diana stating they ran out of single ones so I was going to get the deluxe one for no additional charge. I ordered white leis, but she said they looked terrible and asked if I'd like another color so I asked for another blue one (good thing I did because they were stunning). Overall experience with the quality of leis and quality of service was 10/10, I would absolutely order anything plant related from the House of Flowers. Their physical store is also plant mom goals.

So let me start off by saying that last year I made the brilliant decision to go with a popular 1-800 place to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend on her birthday. Little did I know that the flowers were delivered a day late (Kind of defeats the purpose of a birthday surprise) and the flowers came jammed in a box. For what I paid I was highly disappointed.
This year I decided to go with House of Flowers. So I found the perfect bouquet, ordered it to have it delivered to my girlfriend at her place of work on her birthday. Two days before they were to be delivered my girlfriend explains that she took the day off. I had to change the date to the day before her birthday.
One quick and painless phone call later, House of Flowers associate changed the day of delivery and asked me what time I would prefer the delivery. I said about 11am.
10:30 the next day my girlfriend called me with pictures of the bouquet. She was so excited and the flowers were incredible.
Recommend this flower shop to every man out there who wants his woman happy!

The arrangement was beautiful, delivered on time & my cousin loved it! My only reason for a 4 star review is there was little contrast in colour between the tulips & the gladiolas (which show as snapdragons in the photo) in the arrangement that was delivered. Something like yellow or the ones in the photo would have been prettier. All in all it cheered her up & she loved it so I am happy!

The arrangement turned out perfect for the little girl I had it delivered to, but was NOTHING like the picture I ordered from... I expected some deviation from the picture, but it wasn’t a sophisticated succulent terrarium.. it was a fairy garden for a little girl. Happy with the end product, but just because she named the butterfly and already has “fairies” living in the garden. Wouldn’t have loved it had I sent it to a grown-up.

The arrangement was beautiful, however I was disappointed that it was sent with a BLACK bow. If the exact BOW is not available, get well flowers should never be send with a BLACK bow. One matching the flowers would have been nice. The florist should have a sense of propriety as to the occasion the flowers are sent for. This was not a Funeral... bad choice of color to replace the striped one I was expecting. This matters as we rely on the florist expertise.

We bought the standard size of these flowers (Sweet Comfort) from House of Bloom for the funeral of a very, very dear friend in Bakersfield. When their family sent us a photo of what they’d received, we were shocked. Compared with the sample shown on the website, the entire top half of flowers was missing! This reduced the value and stature of the arrangement considerably. It’s appalling that House of Bloom Bakersfield took advantage of our grief and sent a sub-standard product hoping that no one would notice the difference. When their customer service was notified with photos as proof, we were completely ignored. I would not trust this company with my money ever again!

I thought the greenery & flowers in the wreath that was delivered was even more gorgeous then the online (sample) picture. I was a tad disappointed that the paper "Give Thanks" banner on the wreath was stark-white, (not off-white like the online picture showed). In my opinion, I think the off-white paper looks much more fitting for a Fall wreath, but the arrangement was still awesome. Delivery was prompt and the wreath was beautifully arranged and very fresh looking. I always use Amanda's House of Flowers for my local floral needs.

The picture is beautiful, however the flowers delivered were not nearly as nice.
I was also disappointed as I ordered the flowers on Monday online and they were not delivered until Wednesday. Also delivery instructions were clear and correct. Even the phone number I left for recipient's daughter was correct but there was some kind of mix up anyway and our company's corporate headquarters were contacted. Not what I was hoping for.

I then asked the recipient if she has received them (ruining the entire surprise) and she hadn't. The flower arrangement I received were not what I was expecting. The dominating color in the bouquet I ordered was yellow with green and pink accents. The arrangement I received contained more green plants than yellow flowers. Disappointing. The delivery person came in put the plants down and left without giving me a chance to look over the arrangement and accept the workmanship before leaving.

I have loved the flower arrangements in the past, but for some reason this last order i got was a little disappointing . The flowers came a day early and the roses on one of the arrangement had brown edges.
By the time I presented the flowers to our guest the roses were even more wilted and brown edges.
I wil give them another shot in the future, but I might be changing to another local flower Shop if it happens again.
