Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (402) 476-2776, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (402) 476-2776 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Process was seamless but the palm was not what was in the picture. I choose the upgraded ponytail palm. The description said there would be added flowers. There was a ribbon added to a dying plant. Nearly all the palms were brown on the ends and the plant was very scraggly looking. If your shop did not have a beautiful, healthy plant to deliver, I should have been contacted. I have pictures if you would like them.

The picture is a fall harvest bouquet with fall colors (orange, yellow, red, browns and green). The arrangement delivered had pink accent flowers and pink carnations. Pink is definitely not my mom and definitely not a typical "fall harvest" color. I would have ordered the birthday bouquet or spring flowers if that is what we wanted or liked. Sorry. Next time I will say no pink, but I honestly didn't expect pink to be used in a fall harvest bouquet.

Rather then calling to see when they could try again (they were provided with a contact #), or leave them with a neighbor, they were left outside on their porch. I’ve never had a florist leave flowers outside when the recipient wasn’t home. I realize the Holidays are a busy time but I would still hope flowers wouldn’t be left outside.

The recipient called House of Flowers to find out who they were from because they were going to be out of town until Monday. I asked for the delivery to be the day of the funeral, so they would be fresh, instead they didn’t realize I was at the church the day before and they had been delivered already. They then sent me a notification of delivery the next day pretending as if they just delivered them. Seemed a little rude in my opinion. The fine folks at House of Flowers are customer service pros. When I ordered a bouquet of birthday flowers to be delivered, I did not know that the recipient was going to be out of town that day! When House of Flowers arrived to deliver the flowers to an empty house, they contacted the recipient and found out they were out of town for a couple of days. They offered to take the bouquet back to the shop, and called to let me know they would remake it when the recipient arrived back in town. Two days later they delivered a gorgeous bouquet and the birthday girl was delighted. They went above and beyond to ensure a great experience for myself and the birthday girl, and they will be getting all of my floral business from here on out. After that experience, there's just no reason to go anywhere else!

I was disappointed in the Designer's Choice Floral Design arrangement Get Well arrangment sent to my sister in a Rehab facility. The flowers were arranged with the same colors in columns, not mixed. That is, there was a column of 2 pink, then 2 orange, then 2 yellow. I would have thought a 'designer' could have had a little more imagination than that. Next time, if I use this florist, I'll know to use the pictured design so the person has the exact 'recipe' to follow to get an appropriate mix of colors and not a regimented column by column look.

This is the second time I have ordered with House of Flowers and both times they have met or exceeded my expectations. I had the flowers delivered, and the recipient sent me pictures of the bouquets. Each time the flowers looked beautiful, fresh, and very closely resembled the pictures online. When substitutes had to be made, they were done with comparable flowers which did not change the overall look of the arrangement. I’ve used other places before and when I’ve seen the picture of the delivered arrangement, key flowers had been replaced with cheaper flowers. This was NOT the case with House of Flowers! The arrangements have also been delivered on time, even during the busy time of Valentines. I would highly recommend House of Flowers!

A suggestion for you. When an on-line order comes in from an out of town address, it would be awesome if you would send an image of the completed arrangement so that it would be possible to review. Often times, when out of town, the person who has ordered never actually gets to see the product. You could include the image in your email request for a review!!!

Although this flower arrangement looks very nice and our friends loved it, I placed a custom order request that was not fulfilled. This leaves me very disappointed and feeling like I was overcharged for what I received. I also placed a call to the House of Flowers to discuss the issues and was told the manager would call me back and they never did. When I completed my custom order I selected a specific memorial stone which was swapped out for something more plain and smaller that what I had paid for. I also requested specific container that was not given. I put my phone number in the order and even requested to be called if there were any issues with the memorial stone I had selected but no call. I wanted to follow up and provide this feedback because the stone in this basket is not even featured on the website so I feel like I did not get what I paid for even though this arrangement is very pretty.

I chose House of Flowers because it was a local florist with a good online reputation. The arrangement was delivered on the day it was scheduled and my mother loved the flowers. She thought they were beautiful, fresh and vibrant! This was the first time I had used this florist and I will definitely use them again. The only issue I had was that my mother lives in a retirement facility and the arrangement was delivered to the wrong building. However, I suspect this had more to do with the management in the retirement facility than with House of Flowers.

It was not the same color scheme as pictured, it was sent with mostly pretty flowers, and a random pinkish rose. I know it says they sometimes need to use different flowers, but it wasn't quite the same. However delivery was great and the arrangement was full so I was happy with those aspects.

I was able to order same-day delivery flowers miles away from Indiana for a close friend of mine in Nebraska. Very friendly over phone and even called to communicate any questions with my order. Amazing service, would highly recommend!

I must say I am disappointed with this interaction.
First off the flowers were delivered without my name (sender) on the card. You have my information and there was no “From” field so I assumed it would be included…it was not.
Secondly, While I knowingly ordered the “deal of the day” and anticipated the arrangement would have flowers that were toward the end of their shelf life – I did NOT expect all of the flowers to be past their bloom(roses and tulips are fully opened )
For 60.00 – I feel a little taken advantage of with this order– and in the future will not go to the florists personal site (so you do not have to pay the franchise fee) and rather stick with the Teleflora and FTD services of the world.
