bought the 'deluxe' version of this for a birthday. it was delivered early which was awesome, and while the arrangement was fine, it could've been better and fuller, esp for the 'deluxe'. it was not as lush as pictured. the box delivered was purple, not pink as shown.

I do love the arrangements, they are near my girlfriends house too which makes it easier. Only small issue I have is that they don't answer emails. I did email them since I forgot to put a delivery window on the request. But after calling I was able to get them to add a delivery time.

I had put in for same day delivery to a hospital. They couldn't take the delivery up to the patient who is immobile. When I got to the hospital I was disappointed to see that the flowers were not fresh, the water was brown and the ends of the flowers were brown as well. I thought I paid for fresh flowers and I ended up paying for week old flowers. Would not recommend.

I ordered the flowers for a funeral that I was not able to attend because I live too far away. They flowers were from a group of us and I was the one in charge. I was sent pictures from those that attended the funeral and they were stunning!!! Honey Bee Flowers made the arrangement almost exactly like the picture shown on their website. They make it really easy to order from their flower shop. I called them with questions prior to ordering and they answered them for me. Then when they had a question they called me and were very nice and professional. It was a great experience and I highly recommend using Honey Bee Flowers.

Blown away! I ordered the Forever Sweet bouquet to be delivered to my best friend in Glendale. I chose the standard sizing expecting a fairly small bouquet. My friend sent me a picture when it arrived, and we were both SHOCKED! This thing was GIGANTIC, and so so beautiful. I have never been so impressed by a floral arrangement and cant recommend Honey Bee enough! They also got my note about avoiding lilies, due to my friend having a cat, and the flowers they substituted were just as gorgeous. 100/10!

Compared to some of their other local competitors I was impressed with the quality and selection of Honey Bee's arrangements. I was extremely disappointed with the premium rose arrangement I ordered. I paid an additional $30 and the only “extra flowers” were baby’s Breath. The description said they add additional flowers, and I requested to add lilies s. When I called the, they said they added extra roses. What was delivered only had 12 roses and they were not long stem. I will never order from this place ever again. The person I talked to on the phone did not even make an attempt to fix the problem.

I sent two emails (as I do not live in the US) to have the delivery date changed as the recipient was out of the city. I received no response, and then had a relative call and attempt to change the delivery date who also did not feel the customer service was up to par.

Terrible experience. They sent me an email saying the flowers had been delivered when in fact they had not. I gave instructions on how to contact the recipient to arrange delivery. The delivery person called but did not bother to try texting them. I finally had the recipient call them to arrange delivery at a specific time. The recipient was available at that time and waiting for a call from them for 1/2 hr, but they called very late and by then the recipient was no longer available. You should never tell a customer something has been delivered when it has not. I will not be using this service again.

The bouquet itself is beautiful. My issue comes with my initial request for the flowers to be delivered by 1:30 when I placed the order online at approximately 8am, as the recipient would be gone after that time.
I reached out to the company after 1pm to confirm that the flowers would be delivered, and I got a voicemail. I asked for a call back to confirm this, and I never heard back from anyone.
The flowers ended up being delivered at some point later in the afternoon, but by then it was too late.
I really wish that there had been some kind of contact with me to let me know that it either wasn’t possible or that there was something else that could be done.
I reached out to the company after 1pm to confirm that the flowers would be delivered, and I got a voicemail. I asked for a call back to confirm this, and I never heard back from anyone.
The flowers ended up being delivered at some point later in the afternoon, but by then it was too late.
I really wish that there had been some kind of contact with me to let me know that it either wasn’t possible or that there was something else that could be done.

The arrangement itself was very pretty but the delivery driver took the flowers to BJ's and the waitress had to take the flowers to the lobby of where they needed to be I specifically placed on the notes 15th floor not the lobby or BJ's restaurant! The recipients supervisor was having lunch at BJs and noticed the name on the flower card and that's how they were able to go to the right place what if she didn't have lunch there that afternoon someone would have received the flowers other than who I ordered them for. Poor customer service skills.

There was no tulips in the bouquet. The colors were no where the same as pictured.They were all white hydrangeas when they should have been blue. The roses were a mix of light and dark pink instead of purple. The light pink roses were horrible quality and already wilted when I picked them up. The bouquet itself was nice but it was not what I ordered and the quality of some of the flowers were so bad.

I was very disappointed in the floral arrangement that was sent to my mom for her birthday! It looked nothing like the pictures. I spent just about $80 & my mom received what looked like a $15 arrangement, and that’s being generous! It was sparse, poor quality flowers, & even the card was an awkward long piece of paper they just printed out and pasted onto a short floral arrangement card. So embarrassing!

I ordered flowers on July 9, to be delivered on July 10 between a certain time frame, and they delivered them a day early. By the time the flowers were received, they did not look fresh. And the card was a huge embarrassment. They showed a nice italic written font on their website, but when received, it was just a cheap printed cutout. Will not be utilizing this business for future purchases.

I am overall pleased with the entire experience starting with the ordering system until the delivery. The only thing that I wasn't happy about is that the flower bouquet had white blossomed stems in it on the picture online with the red roses and it was not included in the bouquet. The florist delivered the arrangement on time which I very much appreciate but for what I paid, I did not get the arrangement shown in the photo. My arrangement had a lily, some roses and TWO orchids. I thought I was paying for orchids but that’s not what I got. I’m disappointed but the effort goes unoticed, the recipient was happy nonetheless. However, florists should not advertise what they cannot deliver.

the ordering process was painless. unfortunately, the arrangement didn't look anything like the photo. there were roses in the arrangement when clearly the composition was supposed to feature orchids...hence the name "pink orchids for the desk." I am a former florist and I know that sometimes flowers need to be substituted, but if I named an arrangement Pink Orchids for the Desk I would have contacted the client if I didn't have orchids available.
