The flowers were fresh and beautiful arrangement. I just wish, as in all online flower arrangements, there would be 3 photos- one of each price range so you could clearly see the amount of flowers. I cannot take off ratings because I did not upgrade the arrangement because it really was a very nice arrangement.

Flowers were GORG! Talk about exceptional customer service! Flowers were ordered for an engagement celebration on Sunday. They usually don’t deliver flowers on Sunday as they do not have a driver. These flowers were the worst of all the flowers at the funeral home. It didn’t even look like the picture! I picked this because it looked beautiful but seeing it at the funeral home was embarrassing. It was not full looking like the picture but very skimpy and you could hardly see the blue because they were so few. I’ve used Holland’s before and always happy but was very disappointed.this time.

I had ordered the Deluxe Emerald Garden Basket which I requested the flowers that were added to be pink and white. The arrangement was delivered on Saturday and by the wake on Sunday the white flowers, I think were daisies were so wilted they needed to be removed as they just looked awful. We were so satisfied with the outcome of this plant/flower basket. It was for a sister-in-law who lost her husband (our brother) and we knew how much she loves plants but wanted something with a little more color so I asked for a few bright colored flowers and they did an excellent job. The plant was beautiful and I appreciated that you honored my request of "no flowers" to avoid any allergic reaction my mother may have. The reason I did not give you 5 stars, however, is because I ordered a basket and the plant arrived in a terra cotta pot, which was too heavy for my mother to pick up. The basket would have been lighter and much easier for her to move to different spots in the house if she chose to do so. Luckily, my nieces helped her place it on a small table where it will have to stay.

When I saw my arrangement, I was quite disappointed. It didn’t have nearly as many roses and pink daisy-like flowers as the arrangement I ordered. It had too many green leaves (that I don’t even see in this picture). It also had a lot of alstroemerias which I don’t see in this picture. In this picture I see four roses together on the left side. I was sent a photo by the recipient and was very disappointed. The flowers arrangement looked nothing like the Teleflora Summer Chic arrangement. I read the fine points about substitute flowers, but nothing was similar in color, type of flower or scale. There were not orange lilies, three or more roses or what in the photo look like peonies or ran us. It looks like a floppy mess, scale, colors not balance in tone and balance and overall appeal poor. Would neither recommend the florist or ordering online.

I had my order filled beautifully on very short notice and am so grateful. I realized the night before our grandmother’s 96th birthday that my husband had in fact forgot to order a bouquet for his Gran! I placed an order for the Teleflora's In Love With Lime Bouquet around 9pm and needed to pick it up by 9:30 the next morning. Little did I know, Holland’s hours had been modified to open at 9 rather than their online posted opening time of 8. Not happy with this purchase. Wasn’t what I ordered for my mother. When I called I got some story about not having the flowers and how I SHOULD HAVE received an email. I was never contacted and as a result some arrangement was put together that I did not care for at all. Not something I would have picked. What did I get? $30 dollar refund. Shouldn’t have had to pay for the arrangement at all since it was not what I chose. And it would have been fine if I was contacted and maybe have been able to pick something else.

I ordered these flowers from Colorado for Mother’s Day. My mother is a travel nurse working in the area. She was so happy to have some beautiful flowers to brighten up her hotel room. They delivered them to her door and she said they came in a nice vase. My only problem was that it was delivered a day early rather than on Mother’s Day but I suppose having them a day earlier is better than a day later! Thanks for the beautiful flowers!

Recently I purchased an arrangement here for my wife, she loves it! It was really easy to order and pickup the flowers even though we're dealing with the social distance stuff.
