I called in a pinch when the Flower's I ordered on Friday-was not delivered like promised (shame on the other flower company) The employee I spoke with at Hoffman's was so NICE and HELPFUL. I called Monday am to get these delivered as fast as possible-delivered same day! Hoffman's made it happen. I will call them-first call from now on. The flowers were very pretty but for no bigger than what they were and the size of the word sis you couldn't hardly read it I thought they were too expensive for 60 some dollars I would have thought it would have been just a little bigger arrangement possibly but they were very pretty. But I don't think I would order again because they were very small and I was disappointed in the ribbon

I am so happy with this flower shop! I gave them a bit of general guidelines for the bouquet I wanted to have sent to my mom, and Hoffman's Flower Shop created one of the most beautiful bouquets I've seen. The shop sent me a preview photo but even that couldn't compare to the sun-lit images of the flowers my mom sent over. It was gorgeous. I wish I were close enough to have seen it in person! My mom absolutely loved the flowers and I was receiving comments on the phone for days after delivery. The blooms stayed very fresh all week long, and even almost two weeks after delivery, the bouquet is still stunning just by removing the few wilted flowers. I actually placed a very last minute online order late at night to be delivered the next day. Hoffman's had the bouquet driven to my parents house by the afternoon! I am so thrilled and will definitely come back next time!

We live in Wisconsin and I wanted to have flowers sent to my grandma who lives in Baltimore, Ohio. It was so easy to use the website to order the perfect floral arrangement. They were even able to deliver it that day. They didn’t have the exact flowers shown in the photo, but they called to make sure they knew what we wanted and to say they could substitute similar flowers of that color. My grandma sent me a photo later that day after she received them, and they looked even prettier than the photo online. Excellent flower shop!

Thank you for the beautiful arrangement you made! Connie loved it. Since Connie was gone all day the day of delivery, you were not able to deliver them. She may have thought that your call was a spam call. I suggest emailing or texting the person that ordered them if not able to deliver. I had to ruin the surprise to ask her to check outside since I did not hear anything from you. It would have been nice to have heard that you were not able to deliver them on the day I thought she was going to get them.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
