Absolutely perfect! Making the online purchase was super easy. The flowers were delivered on the day I asked (same day I ordered) and my sister loves them! I saw a picture and they looked gorgeous! I live out of state and wanted to deliver flowers to her but wanted to use a local business. The entire process was the easiest thing I did all day. I will definitely be shopping here again. I ordered flowers in the morning for same day delivery and they did it! The flowers were exactly what was shown on line when I ordered (but better), and just beautiful. My friend absolutely loved them. The only thing I don't like, is the on-line ordering system. I want to talk to a person when I order, especially when I am working with a small business. That's why I use small business!! There wasn't a phone number listed on the website. The order went smoothly though and I would definitely call them again.

Quality and timeliness of flower delivery was good. HOWEVER, ‘robo’ emails sent to me after my order was placed was a big turnoff. Floral shop manager that I spoke to on Saturday acted as though this was beyond their control on “internet orders” despite the fact that they had provided my mother’s personal information (I.e., birth date) to facilitate the robo campaign. Stupid!

I was very disappointed to see I received a delivery notice that it was hand delivered when in fact it was left on a bench in the hot sun all day on the front lawn. We received absolutely top notch service! We placed our order late in the day for delivery the following day, only to find out that all deliveries were being cancelled due to an incoming snow storm. As these were meant for a small wedding taking place the following day, Ellen went out of her way to personally deliver these gorgeous flowers to the home on her own time after work. The florist called the day before scheduled delivery asking if they could deliver one day early due to a forecasted snow storm. I readily agreed and the birthday girl was surprised and able to enjoy her flowers early. The delivery person was able to safely, without contact, deliver the flowers directly to the apartment door so they could be enjoyed right away! I did call to complain directly to store that the size of the arrangement for $135 (and another $25 for delivery) was pathetic. Had I known it was that small I would have picked up and not paid the $25 delivery fee as this arrangement literally could have fit in my car’s center console with room to spare. When I called them I was told prices are greatly inflated for Mother’s Day. I am so disappointed and embarrassed - is also Mom’s 89th Birthday. Thought I paid for a lovely substantial arrangement but got one the size of a $25 grocery store arrangement and the tulips are already wilting in less than 8 hours. I posted picture of arrangement on Twitter with a Coke bottle to give size reference. I have purchased here before with good results but this was a total failure on a very important order so never again.

This was an incredible disappointment. I bought it for an anniversary and paid extra for more flowers. When the arrangement came it was small white flowers that wilted in a couple of days. There was none of the color in the picture. My wife thought it was a funeral arrangement and insisted the delivery person had the wrong address. The pot was also a cheaper, uglier version of what is pictured.

The flowers were beautiful. However, I received an email at 10:00 AM saying that the flowers were hand delivered. As it turned out, the flowers were not delivered until 2:30 PM. Also, the message that I wrote was no included with the flowers upon delivery. I give 3 stars because I believe the flowers are more important than the delivery service.

My Boss was thrilled to get her arrangement and said that the flowers were beautiful. She sent a picture of the arrangement to us, and to tell you the truth I was not as thrilled as she was. Orange roses were not included, they were substituted with a yellow flower. They took away from the Fall feeling we were going with. Next time we'll know to specify no substitutions. There was also a couple of other added plantings that changed the look of the arrangement. Comparing the picture that she sent to the picture of the arrangement we ordered, it was like they were different arrangements. Bottom line was that it did brighten her day and she thought that they were lovely.

Although the recipient was pleased with the delivered arrangement, it was nothing like the one I ordered. The ordered arrangement) per the website picture) had at least 4 or 5 champagne colored roses and numerous off-white tulips. The delivered arrangement appears to only have one rose, with very inexpensive alstromeria and fillers. Have you noticed that, sometimes, when you order flowers on-line, you don't get anything near what you ordered? Or that the so-called "premium" is exaxtly the same as the "standard? " Not with Hingham Greenery. They consisstently give me more than I hope for. Every on-line florist should learn from them. Even the photo of what I puchased recently is worthy of a painting.
