Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (207) 439-9230, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

I have ordered from Hillside for over twenty years. Back in the day, I tried every florist in the area, Hillside was consistently the best. Living on opposite coasts, I don't see my Mom too often. I have to rely on the florist's sense of color, overall presentation, and combinations of aroma - pretty much sight unseen. I have only been disappointed once in over two decades. And even then, I had a call within twenty-four hours fixing the glitch! If you can't be there in person, if you remember what customer service used to be, and if you have a loved one near Kittery, call Carley at Hillside Flowers. She has deep roots in the community!

My less than stellar previous review was received by the owner, Carly who quickly contacted me with sincere concern about my review. She explained to me that tulips can be quite finicky once they leave the refrigerator and would bounce back once in our home and adjusted to the warmer climate. She was quite right with the exception of a handful, but flowers will be flowers. Carly called again after a couple of days to check in with the tulips. My adulations are especially with Carly. Delivering a great product is very important to her. I will continue to use her as my florist. Thank you

The person who dropped this plant for my sister was so careful and responsive. She called twice worried that the sun would be too much for the plant on the porch as my sister was not home. She knocked on neighbors doors in the building to see if someone else could take it in for her and then left it in a sheltered place. She called and told me all of this.

First, thank you for delivering the flowers for Valentines Day with such short notice. I went to visit this week and found the flowers really wilted. When I mentioned it she said they were pretty wilted when she received them. I was disappointed because I spent over $80 and usually the flowers last for a longer time. This won’t preclude my ordering again but I am sad about it.

I have recently used Hillside Florists in Kittery Maine a couple of times since June, and both times the birthday bouquets I ordered online were perfection, and the price very reasonable. The bouquet I ordered in June for my officemate, were a contrast of taller stalk beautiful deep purple bell-like flowers mixed with a beautiful deep orange Gerber daisies, mixed with other fresh accent flowers. The recent bouquet I just ordered this week for my Sister were beautiful fresh pink and white Lilies with gorgeous fresh deep fuchsia peonies, which are my Sister's favorite. Both bouquets were arranged with a fresh mix of accent greens that enhanced the flower bouquets. I would recommend this florist highly, as the flowers are fresh and absolute perfection and always delivered as ordered. The flowers looked great, but my wife got the exact same arrangement just in blue from her co-workers for about half the price. I ordered online and paid 15 for delivery a half mile down the road. They called and got everything for 50 bucks. Live and learn I guess.

Easy to order and the arrangement came out looking amazing! Really appreciate being able to order in the morning and pick up such a beautiful bouquet the same day. Would definitely recommend this arrangement as well as the business as a whole. When I went to pick up, the individual who greeted me was pleasant and even put the vase in a box to make sure it didn’t fall over on the car ride home after asking if someone would be able to hold it in the car. Sadly, I was VERY unhappy with this floral arrangement! I sent this to my daughter for her 30th birthday. The flowers were not arranged well, there was a big blob of yellow flowers in the middle and three roses inserted around the yellow ones. There were no purple flowers to brighten up the arrangement, as indicated. ALL of the flowers looked to be "day old" not fresh looking at all! When I saw them, I was initially embarrassed, and then I was annoyed at wasting $75 on this arrangement. My daughter just laughed and said that it was the thought that counts. (I don't think so!) Just so you know, I have never written a bad review like this. I was just so incredibly disappointed with this arrangement!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
