I ordered the Pink Perfection bouquet online, but that was not what was delivered. My friend received a tall bouquet of mixed florals. It was a beautiful bouquet but not at all what I ordered. That said, the flowers were delivered on time and the ordering process quite simple.

My mother’s young dog passed away unexpectedly on Mother’s Day and I thought for sure getting her sympathy flowers would be a nightmare due to the holiday. This arrangement was HUGE and beautiful and I feel like an amazing price for what she received. It got to her same day and was hand delivered. It meant a lot to her during a very difficult day and I was glad I stumbled upon this florist.

A picture of what was delivered was sent to me. It looked nothing like this what is pictured on your site and what was intended as the gift. A single stem white orchid with a hodge-podge of a couple of tiny dark colored orchids were added at the base and then a placed in a small wicker container.

The flower delivered did not look like the image. The white small flowers and stems were too short. He roses were not arrange by height, it seem as though it was rushed. Other than that, it's a beautiful arrangement.

Flowers delivered looked nothing like the photo. Not only were cheaper flowers substituted (no roses at all and replaced with cheap fillers: shasta daisies and spider mums), but it wasn't even colorful/cheerful, much less color coordinated at all. I will not order from here again.

Ordered by 10 am for delivery to Regions and received same day delivery for $10. The arrangement looked exactly like it was pictured. Very pleased and will use again in St Paul area.
While the bouquet delivered was pretty, it contained way more greenery than colored blooms, and was not in a basket but in a purple plastic wrapped container. If I could upload a photo I would. They did deliver on time and I appreciate that.

Am correcting my original review left yesterday. The flowers were delivered and the driver Angel called and said he didn’t leave them Saturday when no one was home due to cold weather. He came back Sunday and delivered them when someone was home and his goal was to be sure we received fresh flowers. They are beautiful. Above and beyond in my book. I will be calling these guys again!

I had never ordered flowers for a memorial service. The process was super easy and the price and selection was much better than thru the funeral home. Someone in attendance at the memorial sent me a picture of the arrangement, and it was perfect! I highly recommend!

I requested a simple bouquet delivery for my daughters birthday. I mentioned that white daisies were her favorite. I gave them her favorite color because I thought some florists often add a bow. Was delighted when she sent me a picture of her bouquet. They changed the vase to a blue one, and added an additional flower with blue in it as an accent. She was very pleased, and so am I. They went above and beyond for us!

Excellent, beyond expectations
I traveled from Chicago and placed an order here as a gift to a family member and was very disappointed. I paid $80 + taxes for a floral arrangement that was not as pictured, not even close. I paid an additional amount of $ for the “deluxe” but did not receive the additional flowers as described. I had to fix the arrangement before gifting it as it looked so sad and empty. Although I will say, the staff was very kind and the shop was beautiful.

I was in a crunch and needed a birthday gift last minute on a Friday evening. I ordered online from Hills Floral around 5:15pm (felt really bad about it) and the gorgeous bouquet of flowers were delivered around 6:45pm the same evening. Great quality, great experience. A little pricey, but definitely worth it!

I ordered the Hydrangea plant based upon options from their website and learned that hydrangeas were not available. I was able to order orchids instead. While the orchard display at the funeral home was beautiful, I was still a little disappointed that the hydrangeas were not available. I was also hoping for a nicer pot and not the basket style that the orchards were placed in. I will call the store to verify plant or flower availability before I place an on-line order in the future.

I ordered one dozen roses with an upgrade for more flowers. The buds were small for long stem roses. The arrangement did not have any extra roses. Just one dozen of roses with smaller buds. I called Hills Florals on the day of the funeral services 04/10/21 to complain of the error. They offered me a $20.00 refund and said it would take 3-4 business days to hit my credit card. Three days went by and I received a text advising me that a paper check would go out. Today is 04/18/21 and I haven't received a refund of any kind.

Wow is the best word I can use for the arrangement I ordered online. Being hundreds of miles away and not knowing what you will get when you order solely based on a picture, you hold your breath that you will get at least something that resembles what you paid for. This was a last-minute order, so I am grateful that the delivery was made. However, the big petaled flower in the picture was not included in the arrangement. Green leaves and baby's breath were added instead so it was not as pretty as the picture in real life.

Ordered flowers for my cousins birthday the night before for same day delivery plus $10 hand to hand delivery fee. Flowes arrived 7pm abd card marked "Love Tom" ...my name is Tami. Compared picture of the actual bouquet to what is advertised and not arranged well. They did call once delivery was made as requested but don't think I'll be using them again.

I was so disappointed to see the arrangements at the funeral home. 5 lillies in the whole arrangement. Nothing like the picture. I called to complain and all was said was she did not make the arrangements. Very disappointed. I asked for a call back from Manager or Owner, NOPE not even a call back.

The page or the florist does not have many options to add or replace flowers, the delivery arrived on time, but it is not like in the photo of the page, the flowers are not the ones seen in the photo, very different colors and had Too green the arrangement and too few flowers, I expected more roses, because I bought the biggest arrangement, the dedication card was not what I expected.
While the actual bouquet was beautiful, it didn’t look much like its name: ‘Sunshine Surprise’. It also was not in a basket & had no pompoms nor status. It definitely did not have much yellow! Why white was substituted for a sunshine fall bouquet, I cannot figure out.
I do have to say that the roses were stunning & a very unusual color. I loved the addition of lilies. In all, I think you delivered a better bouquet than the photo, but white??? For autumn???
