Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (830) 714-4490, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Disappointing overall. The arrangement did not have as many blooms as the image pictured and was delivered a day later than requested. Some substitutions are understandable but the arrangement pictured online was prettier, fuller, and more vibrant.

Though I was informed that substitutions had to be made the arrangement it was nothing like the photo provided for the item I purchased even down to the vase. I was extremely disappointed in the product that was delivered compared to my expectations from the photo online for the item I purchased.

I ordered some flowered for delivery for Mother’s Day, and due to the high demand they let me know my bouquet may look different but let me know they’d keep the overall feel of the bouquet and asked if I wanted to keep any elements in particular. No flowers were ever delivered. When i placed the order, the website allowed me to pick Sat May 9th as the delivery day for Mother's Day. It was not delivered then, not on Mother's Day, not on the Monday the day after Mother's day. I called 7 times, left messages, they never answered the phone, emailed them 3 times, no reply until Tuesday when I received an email saying they were overwhelmed with Mother's Day flowers orders, sorry for the inconvenience.
Today the 15th i receive a survey about the flowers...which never arrived. Their system is in need of a lot of fixing. My daughter in law celebrating her 1st Mother's Day, didn't get any flowers from me. Bad, bad service.

I was happy it was on time but very disappointed at how sparse and small the actual bouquet was considering I paid $90 before shipping and tax. The arrangement had maybe three big blooms and the rest was filler. Would not recommend or reorder.

I have ordered from you several times and it is never what I order, but it's always comparable...until this time. What was ordered and what was delivered were not the same quantity and the vase was not the same quality. I understand that it can't always be exact and I'm usually forgiving of that, but this time I felt it fell very short and I am disappointed. Only thing I can pick on is if someone is paying for early delivery it should be there before 1pm on their special day, but I do know things happen.

But we did receive a gorgeous and unique arrangement of yellow daffodils, white roses, a yellowish-orange tulip, and some smaller white and yellow filler flowers.
What matters most is that they cheered up our mother as she was recovering from surgery, and we were very pleased with our experience! Thank you for being awesome!

The arrangement was beautiful however we asked for yellow roses instead of white with a few daises to fill in and we only got a handful of yellow roses and lots of other white flowers. In the moment it didn’t matter but we paid for roses. Also there was no trialing ivy like the description states.

I ordered my flowers 2 1/2 weeks before valentines, I live less than a mile away and my wife did not receive her flowers on Valentine’s Day. I called all day all day, straight to voicemail. I ordered a get well arrangement and it arrived in a Mother’s Day container. No card was sent along with flowers leaving my sister to wonder who sent them. Very disappointed

Hill Country Flowers is worth every penny! Their arrangements are beautiful and the selection process was easy, even from another state!
I made a mistake in the address when sending flowers for Mother’s Day and the wrong recipient accepted the delivery. Despite it being my fault, Hill Country offered to make it right free of charge! I will definitely use their services again!

Not good, I’m afraid. Pretty sure I clicked on “send me status texts” & never got any. I called mid to late afternoon and a young woman indicated “she was working on it now. It’ll be there in a couple of hours”. I called again 30 min before your published closing and only got voicemail, to which I left a message asking to be called back. And I wasn’t. The order arrived at 5:45pm. I’d pretty much call that the end of the day. I would suggest you work on an improved communication plan with customers.

Floral arrangement was beautiful. Would have liked more contrast in color and more similar shape as depicted by the sample online. (Those were the reasons I chose the arrangement.) The arrangement made was very pink and shape was oval-like in height. The Delivery was on time (same day delivery). I appreciate the effort and my husband was happy. Thank you!

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
