My mom sent me picture and I thought it was not at all “premium” or quality arrangement (which I paid for). Prior deliveries were much beautiful, this recent one for Mother’s Day was not up to standard. Sure enough mother in law called me 2 days after delivery telling me the flowers had died. She called the company to complain. I was sent a request for review via email so am sharing that experience here.

What I ordered was not what was delivered.
The arrangement was in a basket. Which is something I am not fond of and specifically chose the wooden planter so it could be reused.
The flower arrangement was not as vibrant but similar. The arrangement did arrive on time.

Easy to order on their website. And the delivery was immediate. The orchids are lovely. I did order the deluxe which said extra flowers with the orchids. From the picture , I do not see any extra flowers. Otherwise, all good.

I was supposed to be in Tampa for my daughters birthday but got delayed in New Jersey. I went online to Hilda's on a Sunday to find and order some flowers.
I found what I liked and rec'd a call on Monday morning that there needed to be substitutions on some of the flowers that were not available.
Normally nobody would tell you, they would just do it and you would be surprised or maybe not even notice. That was my first sign that I found the right florist.
The flowers were delivered the same day and were prettier than they were in the online pic that I saw. My daughter sent me a pic of them and she absolutely loved them.

I was so pleased with the arrangement. I live out of state and based my decision on which florist to use based on the reviews. My family sent a picture of the arrangement and it was just as beautiful as the picture on the website. I did do the deluxe when I ordered. I ordered on line since it was after hours. The flowers arrived promptly the next day. I was hoping to put a smile on their face and a little sunshine in their day and that is exactly what these beautiful flowers did. I ordered "this arrangement" and paid for an upgrade. The one that was delivered was the basic version, I think. It had only three yellow roses and a couple of lilies. The greenery was fine and it was delivered within hours which I appreciate. The roses were already partially opened. So I was sad that it did not contain the extra flowers I paid for. 6 flowers in total then greenery. I have reached out to you but have not heard back as I would like to be refunded the upgrade cost. Gorgeous Basic Arrangement.

Not acceptable. The delivered arrangement did not have a yellow vase as pictured. Also did not include as many purple flowers as shown. The arrangement did not fulfill the overall yellow/purple appeal. Will not be ordering from Hilda's again.

The vase was not red. The arrangement did not look like the picture. Many flowers seemed like they were on their way out or were smashed. I normally buy flowers directly at the store with great results, but chose to have them delivered this time for V-day. Overall, pretty disappointed. I have pictures I can share.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
