|What I think really matters though, is how Hignight's treated me. You never really know what a company is like until something goes wrong. Well, something went wrong. I don't know if it was a computer glitch or human error, and it doesn't matter. What I do know is that they took charge of the problem before I even realized there was a problem, and everything turned out perfectly. |But more importantly was the lengths that Hignight’s went to get it delivered. They tried to deliver it on Friday and could not. Then again on Saturday and then tried calling my friend.
Then on Sunday Corry from Hignight’s called me to explain what was happening and said if I could get ahold of my friend they would deliver it on Sunday. By the time I could get to my friend the store was closed. So . . . . . On Monday they were able to deliver it.
So I very much appreciate everyone’s efforts with my order.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
