Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (323) 257-5552, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (323) 257-5552 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I love that I was alerted when the order was on the way and when it arrived. They sent me a picture of delivery and the flowers were very beautiful and fresh. I have a aunt that lives in this neighbor, and I have used this florist in the past. All my past experience has been very good so I was comfortable with using them again. This time I ordered some flowers for my aunt for Mothers Day. After arrival, I received a picture from my aunt and they were beautiful. The florist had no picture to show when selecting this basic mothers days bouquet, so I had to trust the florist. I was not let down. Great job Highland Park Florist.

They didn't include the card, so of course my wife didn't know who sent the flowers for a milestone birthday . A while later the driver, instead of returning, sends me a picture of the card via text (!?) I'm not even that far from their shop, so this is very lazy and also cheapens the gift. Flowers are generally sent on important days, and it isn't reflected in the service. Even after paying premium prices, paying delivery and tip . I've used their services 4 times now and two times now it's been flawed. It's a shame because the flowers are pretty.

We live in the Midwest and so depended on a florist in or around LA, with Sunday hours of operation and a good selection - all of which were met! Well this is the first time I have ordered from this flower shop. This arrangement is what I expected my mother to receive. Beautiful daisies and roses. Well .... if I can only post a picture of what she received you’d understand. I’m in AZ and cannot see my mom right now so I have to send flowers for her birthday based on what the picture looks like and the description. When my mother sent me a picture of the arrangement it looked like a 7 year old put a bunch of flowers in a vase and added greens at the end! Since I’m abroad, I didn’t have the chance to pick up flowers for my mother on Mother’s Day so I solely relied on online pictures and deliveries. This is the first time I was disappointed with their arrangement. In fairness it was for Valentine's day so maybe they were busy or didn't have enough flowers in stock. I chose Highland Park Florist because of the beautiful arrangements pictured on their website. They looked more unique in the colors and combinations of flowers than I've seen on different sites. I chose what I thought was a blue and white orchid lei and included a 'get well' message. But after my purchase I got a call from Highland Park Florist and she wanted to make sure that's what I wanted because it was a crown usually meant for weddings and graduations. I realized that I thought it was a lei, but it was really a crown and it wouldn't be appropriate for this occasion. So she offered to make a blue and white floral arrangement with a vase included for the same price as the crown. I went with that option, trusting that it would come out as nice as the other arrangements pictured. My recipient loved the arrangement that arrived on the same day that I ordered it. They sent me pictures and I'm very pleased with the result. Highland Park Florist has excellent customer service and they seem to really care about the happiness of their customers. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
