A dear friend of mine recently lost the life of her husband, and I wanted to find a florist in her area that had a beautiful arrangement for her to let her know she is loved during this trial. The flowers were easy to order, they turned out to be just like the photo, they were delivered to her safely, the note I requested for the flowers was written accurately, and they were a reasonable price. She loved receiving them.

However costly the shipping was, the item is sweet. But the chrystal in the center was disappointing. They are pagan religious items.
Shipping costs almost doubled the price.

I ordered flowers for my friend who is going through a tough time. Order these flowers to let her know I was thinking of her. She sent me a picture of the flowers delivered and they where just as beautiful as the flowers on the website. They called me to get a phone number in case they had to leave the. I would recommend this company if you need flowers delivered. You never know what the delivered product will look like but Herbst Hilltop Florist arrangement was great.

This didn't work out like I planned. You called ahead as requested and my daughter said she'd be home all day. Evidently she wasn't. I got a phone message from you that you had called and would leave the flowers by the front door. I called her again to make sure she checked outside. I've used Herbst now for a few occasions, as my Dgtr lives up in the Hilltop area, too.
As a former WestLinn'er... I know and appreciate the good service Herbst delivers. My Dgtr was profoundly OVERjoy'd at the "deal of the day" which was waiting for her... on her front porch.
Fortunately they live in a mostly-safe & secure area, so I had confidence the flowers would be waiting for her securely.
The only thing i would've appreciated... would be a cell-photo of the bouquet... like many competitors do. Would've liked to see it.

The almost $90 I spent on this arrangement looked like Walmart bouquets mashed together and lavender roses tucked in it. It’s something I could have easily done myself for half the cost. What a terrible disappointment. I loved the symmetry of the pictured arrangement. The one received had zero symmetry, zero artistry and zero professional appearance. My Mom usually gushes over the flowers I send her. This time it was just a smile and thank you for the lovely flowers. No gushing. What a failure.

This is the first time I used Herbst and was very happy with the result. I called and spoke to an individual that seemed to be knowledgeable about the business and asked questions regarding the occasion which was a funeral. The individual recommended to consult the website. The website was great. Very easy to use with accompanying descriptions. I ordered some flowers to be delivered to our friend. This is the 3rd or 4th bouquet that I've ordered from Herbst and every time I have been disappointed. The arrangements are never as full as they look in the picture, even when I upgrade. This last arrangement looks like something that you pick up on one of your quick runs to the grocery store. I think that I've finally learned my lesson and will no longer be purchasing arrangements here.

I recently ordered a bereavement arrangement for a lady in Oregon City whose husband had just passed away. Hands down this was the BEST online flower ordering experience I have ever encountered. Past experience with ordering flowers online from two of the major nation-wide chains had been horrible as the delivered arrangements looked nothing like the online examples. However, the Herbst Hilltop's arrangement that was delivered in my case SURPASSED the fine examples found on their easy-to-navigate site. The staff is friendly and courteous and even called me LONG DISTANCE in NC to confirm everything before building the bouquet. Thank you - you gave me one less thing to worry about on a horrible day. I must say I was very disappointed with the purchase. The purchase was not worth 80 plus dollars. In the past 48 years of our marriage if I spent that amount of money the vase and flowers would have been twice the size. This purchase was worth no more than 40 to 45 dollars. I went on the internet looking for florist in Oregon City and found your site. We moved from Vancouver Washington to Oregon City in the past couple of years. I wished I would have tried another Florist. Sorry for the strong words but my wife deserved better.

I ordered these flowers for my grandmother for her birthday. Unfortunately she had to go to the hospital. I called them up the day of delivery and said I would actually be by to pick them up. I told them what had happened and they were very empathetic and offered to dress up the bouquet a bit more. I eagerly agreed. When I picked up my order I was immediately taken aback by how beautiful it was. The quality of the flowers was outstanding and their fragrance was heaven. We brought them to her room and every time we came to visit you could smell the flowers in the hall. The hospital staff kept commenting on how wonderful the smell and arrangement was. They said it brought a smell of hope and it perked then up everytime they walked by. My Grandma was over joyed and very happy with them. She was discharged and is on her way to a full recovery, but all she could talk about was the flowers. Definitely will be a return customer

The service over the phone and the delivery was great, but the flowers weren't anything like the photo. There was a lot more greenery than pictured, and the vase is a solid orange, not clear like the photo, making it look kind of cheap and tacky. My coworker ended up running to the store to get more flowers to add before we gave them to the recipient (part of a work anniversary).
